  • The US and Europe have accused China of overproduction and dumping electric cars on the global market.
More than half of all new electric cars sold worldwide are from China and it can make them cheaper and faster than its competitors.
Europe is investigating putting tariffs on Chinese electric vehicles and the US have called them an 'existential threat' to America's auto industry.

There is nothing competitive about the CCP. Cheap slave labour, stolen IP, heavily discounted export costs and more all lead to a predatory form of sales.
For example Temu is designed to destroy small businesses in the West by flooding the market with extremely cheap goods that they have no hope of competing with.
This isn't the early 2000's where the CCP could take advantage of the West, whilst painting them as the chief enemy to a domestic audience.

Why China always capable to make cheap product but relatively good quality? It is because the supply chain and cost. In China labour cost is far lower than Western, and the standard of living is much cheaper too. With large scale of production Chinese companies are better in cost control and sell their product in cheap price.
Mininum wage per hour in China is only USD2.60 while Germany is USD13.00. The labour cost itself already a great advantage for China. China didn't abuse the labour, the China living cost is cheap imagine a street food noodle is priced as low as USD1.5.

In Europe, most of the citizens can not even afford to buy a modest new normal car. EVs are definitely out of question. And when the cheap alternative is available, they are shutting the door on us. So from now on, nobody can talk about green transition when the cheap green alternative was banned by the very leaders who wanted to force this green nightmare on us.
