Dear Nick...(sorry for eventual misspelling grammar, I am German and my english is not really the best 'cause I learned it round about 30 years ago)... first I will say that I love your videos, your content and the pretty cool endresults of your workpieces you present to us. But in this video I have to critisism you a bit... not about the Dandelion Thing (thats so cool), but about the Sponsorship. I really understand the Point of sponsored videos, because there are bills to pay and all the tools and the resin is not really that cheap, so the income from Sponsors is a good thing to make life easier. I got that. But...:
Have you really ever played RAID in a serious way for some time? I did... and this "pretty cool Free to Play Game" is one of the worlds Top 3 worst Payment Traps ever (to break it down, it is a game for so called "whales") and the customer service from this Publisher is... i don't find any child-friendly words here. You will be spammed with ads like "buy now energy", "buy now items", "buy now blablabla" all the time... on login, after a couple of fights, almost always every 5-15 minutes there will be an announcement for "buy something". And the prices are freaking high... not like "ok you will get something really good for 2-5 Euro or Pound or Dollar... no, it's from 15€ for crap to a 110€ for more crap. The "good amount of Silver, a 100.000 Silver" is a joke, because this will be gone in 5 minutes, because you have to pay the silver for upgrading your items, your charakters and even for removing items from the charakter to equip new stuff. The "great Hero" you will get for free, for using your Code... it is a joke too. So, even your Sponsor is giving "something" for "free" to the (new)players, it is just something you will not have anything from it an throw it in the bin. And the customer support... I have a lot of trouble with this game, specially after Patchdays and with some minor issues, and I send tickets to the support several times... never got a response / a helpful response.
The real dangerous thing is the forcing Ads... for younger players / children or people with a potential gambling problem. I am more or less lucky, because I have (normaly) good controll over my money and the money I spend for gaming... but this *censored* game made me spending 250 Euros in one month, just because it makes me feel like I have to buy more energy/silver/and so on, to even have a chance tocompete with the other players. And there is a LOT of other things about this game that is not really good in any ways, but I don't want to write a 200 sites letter here...
So... what I will say here is... I know sponsoring is a good thing for content creators, but maybe it is not worth to do sponsored videos for "everything" just for the money... not sure how to explain it, but after my personal experience with RAID and this Publisher, this video feels for me like you (one of my most favorite youtuber) sold your soul to the devil, and I hate this feeling.... but, nevertheless I wish you a good time, lot of health and always fun in the workshop.
greetings and lots of love from Germany

    Suggestions:
Use the hair spray. Put a wire or small skewer into the stem of the flower. After mixing your resin pull a vacuum to get the bubbles out. Have the flower already set in the mold with the stem adhered to the base (hot glue?) flower sticking up. then slowly pour resin in along the side to avoid bubbles.

    Idea!
Plant a dandilion in the chunk of wood.
Then, cast it all in resin.
Dirt, stems, leaves, blooms and seed puffs all in one go.
The dirt can be fixed down so it doesn't float around and it being planted in the log will help keep it in one spot as the resin dries... instead of floating upward and not being centered.

    Hi from sunny Devon ❤️
    Yay, Yorkshire Grit hiding again!
That is BEAUTIFUL. It reminds me of a giant acorn.
For future.... the one that came up ok but high - try putting it in another pot and add more resin around it to build up to desired workable size.
Also have you tried setting them without the pressure pot? I've successfully set a dandelion in resin but don't have a pressure pot... and without the hairspray, lol! Awesome you found something that worked for you.
    Nice hair btw.
Anyone else see a smiley face on the resin, when you poured that last orange resin on the wood block? I had good vibes about how this project would turn out when I saw that face!

I just finished watching this and absolutely LOVE the end result 😁😍
Dandelions are SO favorite flower! ❤️ (yes, I mean it) I even have one tattooed on my right wrist 🏵️
It was awesome to see you bring out the beauty of a plant that most people consider a nuisance weed.
    Thank you for that 😁✌️🖖

hello Nick, I'm Simon. I'm from Germany. I wanted to tell you that I think your videos are really cool. I also want to thank you for putting so much work into your videos. Unfortunately, there are few German TH-camrs who make content as good as you in this area. I hope you will continue to do so for a while. I think you're really great. stay healthy in this corona pandemic. Greetings from Germany from Simon.

    2 ideas;
1- could you put a skewer or rod inside the stem to help keep it in place?
2- for the one that werent cenetered enough, can they be cut into 'slices'. To make discs or pendants? Like, a slice of a dandelion! In a sense :P
Thank you for your videos ! Waffle on!

I actually loved how this pot turned out.
I was just watching an older video where someone suggested trying sponge in resin. And then I remembered seeing little dinosaur sponges that came in pill capsules. I’m not sure what they’re called but I think they would look really cool in clear resin.
Also, if that was your backyard in the stills at the end, it looks like a fairytale. I wouldn’t be surprised to find talking animals there.

I got an idea for the rest of the dandelions that could be cool!
Imagine a tree where the rest of the dandelions have been turned into spheres to look like the leaves for the tree! :>
Of course you don't gotta do it, I just got a cool picture in my head of how it could look like! :)
