Thanks!!! I needed this video because I have been getting orders for XL sublimation shirts, and they require a bigger design. I have the same press.

Please do a video about Temperature and pressure for different garment knowledge...
You are the genius of DTF

We recommend heavy pressure to ensure the longevity of the transfer. As far as temperature goes, we stay between 275-300f, normally for 7s. Certain materials like polyester and nylon have a lower burning point, so we recommend the lower temperature for those.

Nice video. How will be with hot peel film?

You just have to press and go over the transfer again, as long as the transfer stays warm, you can peel it in one shot

Whenever I press a dtf design this big, the T-shirt feels stiff in the area where the design is. Is this due to the dtf or is there a way to get around this?

We have a good film, ink, powder combo to make the print soft but This is an oversized print, even with screenprinting you will feel the print.

So basically we cannot use a hot peel transfer for this as we have to wait for all sides to be over before we peel off the transfer?

You technically can, once you heatpress the shirt, you can go through it once more to warm up the hot peel and it should peel fine. We are working on a new film that will peel both hot and cold
