There are two mistakes your mechanic did which can cause serious issues in long term, first running engine without oil even for few seconds, second putting oil additive after measuring oil to put in the engine making it more than required quantity. Also don’t put chain lube in buttons, the mechanic is also excessively putting the chain lube even though chain is visibly dirty and needs thorough cleaning!
