If your fuel is not dirty and you replace your fuel filter regularly, fuel injectors do not get dirty. You are far more likely to dirty up your fuel injector if you take it out unnecessarily. There are detergent fuels or fuel additives that keep your injector clean.
I know your getting it done, but using an air wrench can and will eventually strip those bolts. Also, when you had the case cover off, maybe should have cleaned the inside. I do appreciate how you are able to service these bikes without the use of hi-tech tools. Lastly, maybe use some gloves when using cleaning fluid (diesel?), because your hands were clearly bleached after injector work. -
Very good video. One advice- Please wear gloves while using petrol or any chemical for cleaning. These harmful chemicals cause cancer. Also- Can you please tell at how many kilometers this type of detailed service is needed?

Monu bhai bahut urgent help chahiye aapki. Mera classic 500 ki ignition light (MIL) nahi jal rahi hai jiske karan bike start nahi ho rahi. Lights and horns sab kuch ok hai bas key on karta hun to neutral ki light b jalti hai lekin ignition switch on krna ke baad koi fark nahi padta. Ye sab hua jab maine headlight open ki and pilot lamp ke sath bika mobile charger attach kiya. Koi idea hai ki kya problem ho skti hai? koi fuse udd gya hai kya?
