- In this video I intended to go over most of the Signature moves (ideas) we find in the Sun Form. It was near the end of the day however and I just ran out of time. Too bad!

Thank you, beautiful demo. Great teaching. I found it helpful. I practice Yang and Chen mostly, but I have some Sun style in my Yang 42. Great applications Sir.
Your background in combat sports makes you the most interesting martial arts instructor on youtube. No lie. So many people move from TMA/CMA to MMA and other combat sports, but you're one of the very few to go the other way.
It's not that strange. All you need is an actually good teacher! Besides, most people beat themselves up doing MMA and retire to TMA when their body can't handle it anymore.
People only drop TMA when they have a bad teacher, or they don't get enough live practice, or the environment is too laidback or the ruleset too restrictive.
It's also pretty normal for a teacher to take a successful practitioner of "dumb" martial arts and mature them into their style. It's a lot less effort for the teacher, since the student already has 'got' what it takes" it just needs to be less sloppy. And the relationship makes both of them look good.
Sun style always look so bizarre compared to other Taiji fist. Nice to see the clarity and logic behind the movements, and that the important stuff is still the same.

I’d like to bring you out to Hawaii for a seminar on Hung Kuen sometime this year or next year if possible.
I’ll be going to Visit and train with Lam Chun Sing and Lam Chun Fai soon in China, it would be great to get some details from you before my trip there.
