Wow you ride multiple times per week, no wonder you're progressing so fast! It's always fun going back to a trail you couldn't do before and breezing right through it, such a good feeling.
ha ha I got a lot to learn still. yeah I ride about 2x 3x a week and put on about 300 hours a year...or try at least lol. been riding for 2 years so I am still a huge noob haha
Sick video! you can def see the KLX250 can hang with dirtbikes. you can def tell that trail is pretty rough

I started backwards I guess, got a 250xcw, now I'm getting second bike 4 stroke this time for the same reason get easier training that hopefully transfer over to my 2stroke

ya man its an awesome short trail! im not sure if its snowed in now though. its by the gulches and a bit hidden. but its on cotrex! def a good area to film!
735 is a fun short trail, used to be harder. Of course try it.
I heard about this place I tried westcreek once but just got back from tanner last saturday this looks awesome.

@@RWWRENTAL yeh. in the snow no less too lol. It was like at times Mt rosa. I nick named it mini rosa. i was so dead tired after that, did the whole thing 5 hours of riding.
Hard to believe how much you've improved in the short time you've been riding! When's the upgrade to the crf450l? Love mine but should have kept the klx351 as a loaner/backup bike just the same.

thanks dude! I think the KLX230 will do pretty good on it! Its not super steep and around 7k elevation so it should have the power!

thanks man! I really want to try out the KLX300. The KLX250 is great so imagine with just an extra touch of power, it would be awesome for these high elevation state! I would honestly hope for a 350 though one day!
Yes...klx baby 😂 do it. Iv had a ktm exc 250 a Yamaha 125x and still all ways end up on the trusty klx250.
Seems like klx can handle all trails below ~13k feet. You still rocking stock exhaust? Wouldn’t an exhaust, bigger air box and ECU help with elevation?

100% buddy! Going to be taking the KLX250 on independence trail which is a class 9 jeep trail so lets see how that goes lol. been doing it on the 2 stroke pretty ok.
Are you on stock KLX suspension?
lol yup I need to change em out. but now the klx300 came out so i think I am going to get that

haha I am actually planning that next year once the snow melts. I would like to take it down monarch, poplar, and some parts of rainbow lol
