FUNFACT: On the Marauder’s Map, It says “Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot, and Prongs” and that’s actually Remus, Peter, Sirius, and James! Those were their nicknames and they are the Marauder’s who created the map! Moony is obviously Remus because he’s a werewolf, Wormtail is Peter because he can transform into a rat, Padfoot is Sirius’s name for when he’s in dog form as you will see later on, and Prongs is James because of the deer!
It should also be noted that Sirius, Peter, and James all became animagi (and remained unregistered) for the express purpose of keeping Remus company in the Shrieking Shack when he would turn into a werewolf. They didn't want their friend to go through it alone. Which makes Peter's betrayal all the more despicable, because he had truly been their friend once upon a time.

Best HP film and book for me. The Dementors were created out of the author having suffered depression in the past - how the Dementors made people feel was how she had felt.
My sister has been willing to die on this hill for over a decade. She loves the third book and movie but are they the best book and movie? IDK! Sorry I don't mean to project but your comment could have been written by her lol

I love how this movie changes the atmosphere of the entire franchise. The two previous ones always feel a bit like kids movies and like I’m watching a play more so than a film. The director really helped the trio with their acting and also to find the darker tone of the franchise. Because this feels like a genuine movie, with the cinematography and everything. I think they did a great job when it comes to world building while at the same time still keeping everything very British and I just love how they’re wearing street clothes now. 😂 Shoutout to Alfonso Cuarón. 👏🏻
This one was always my favourite as a little kid because it actually felt mysterious and magical, stuff like when the camera moves through the mirror in Lupin’s first lesson blew my toddler-aged mind
As a book reader, I have a love hate relationship both with this movie and with movie Ron. This movie was thematically so different from the first two which I loved but they leave it so many cool details from the book. Like that Lupin used to get sent to the shrieking shack when he transformed and that’s why they think it’s haunted in Hogsmeade. They also don’t really explain how Harry’s dad, Sirius and Peter became animagi to keep lupin company while he transformed. Harrys dad was a stag and Sirius a large dog so they could make sure he didn’t get into any trouble, they could physically guard lupin as a wolf. They also don’t really explain that the four friends are the marauders, that they made the map and that’s how lupin knew how it worked. Also, movie Ron is so dumb. He’s just comic relief. In the books, he’s actually the one to stand up to Sirius when they think he’s come after Harry in the shrieking shack. Not sure why they gave that moment to Hermione in the movies. Such a disservice to a great character, movie Ron is the worst compared to book Ron.
Totally agree, and it's nice to get those details, like the whomping willow being planted specifically to hide the secret passage used to take Lupin to the shack as a student. Since they cut out all the details of their transformations, and using Pettigrew (in rate form) to touch the knob on the tree that calms it, they also cut out the details regarding Snape following them down there as a student on Sirius' dare, before James had to go save him to keep Lupin's secret safe. There's so much into the Snape/James/Sirius relationship that cut out why he hated them so much and wanted Sirius dead.
@@AaHaHaHa_Haley I forgot about Snape following them when they were little!!! That was some great background into his hatred of Sirius. There was also something so mysterious about Crookshanks in the books. Like it knew that Scabbers wasn’t a rat and didn’t it stop the tree so they could follow Ron when he gets taken? In the movies, it’s just a cat.
@@Asheematay oh you’d be surprised just how horrible malfoy is in the books. I think the reason Draco has so many fans is that the actor who plays him is good looking.
Thank you for defending book Ron. He's so witty and complex in the books, which is necessary to balance out his insecurities. If you take that away (like they did from this movie on) he becomes a bit of a joke. It's disappointing. Likewise, I love Hermoine, but in the books she is a know-it-all most of the time, and that grating aspect of her character makes her more human. If you take that away (like they did from this movie on) she becomes this near-omniscient superwoman. It's (also) disappointing.
It's interesting to note that when Harry first opens the map and he realizes that it's Hogwarts, one of the people walking in one of the hallways is none other than Newt Scamander, the main character in the "Fantastic Beasts" stories.
@@ronweber1402 they say he came to his defense when he was sentenced. Also some people say Newt is the one who gave Hagrid Aragog. Plus he's weaved into the story more as Luna married his grandson if I'm not mistaken. They're both Magizoologists.
Also to address what Bryce said about the defense Against the Dark Arts Post always changing..that's actually purposeful. It's Explained in the books but Voldemort put a curse on the position because he was angry that he didn't get it himself. So he cursed it so that no one can keep the position for longer than a year (hence them getting a new teacher for the position every year).
One thing that’s not mentioned in the movies, is that James, Sirius, Remus and Peter are the Marauders. James is Prongs, Sirius is Padfoot, Peter is Wormtail and Remus is Moony
It's life goals to have friends so close they'll avenge your betrayal death and take care of your kids, or try to stop them and keep them from hurting anyone when they turn into an uncontrollable moon-powered rage monster and try to kill everyone. That's true friendship lol.
fun fact : the scene where all the students are sleeping in the great hall, there’s a take where Alan Rickman and the actor for Dumbledore hid a fart machine in the sleeping bag and kept having it go off to make Daniel laugh 😂
If you remember during the fight at the whomping willow, Sirius mentioned an "potion" and asked if Remus had taken it. The explanation for this is there is a potion called Wolfsbane which if taken every day for a week leading up to the full moon it "sedates" the were, making the were into an calm wolf. HOWEVER after seeing Harry's name on the map with Sirius and Peter Peterigrew, Remus rushed out BEFORE he could take the last dose. Also Moony, Padfoot, Prongs and Wormtail (the Marauders Map) are Remus (Moony), James Potter (Prongs) who was an Red Deer-Stag-Animagus, Sirius (Padfoot) Grim animagus and Peter Peterigrew (Wormtail) Rat animagus. This is how Remus knew how to and about the map. Also even Remus thought Sirius was guilty UNTIL Harry said that Peter was on the map running around the castle-and he saw for himself.
In the scene when Harry says he saw Pettigrew on the map you can see Lupine’s mind being blown and heart breaking a little as he realizes the truth. I love that scene!
This is my favorite book but the movie misses a lot of things. Harry’s dad, Sirius, Remus, Peter are the marauders and they made the map. Harry’s dad’s animagus is a stag and Harry’s patronus is a stag which shows how much they are connected. James potter, sirius and Peter are animagus while Remus is a werewolf and they learned to become an animagus so they can help Remus while he is a werewolf. When Remus transforms, he scratches himself, hence the scar but with his friends in animal form, he becomes more tamed. I wish they included all this backstory. It shows how much of a close bond they had which is why it was such a heartbreaking story of their breakup of friendship. I also wished they didn’t change Ron’s character like this. He is such a great friend in the books. He always stands up for his friend regardless of what kind of consequences he will face. In the movie, when snape called hermione a know it all, Ron just agreed. But in the book, Ron actually defended her and talked back against snape which caused him detention. At the end, it was actually Ron who stood against on his broken leg to protect Harry against Sirius. He could have lost his life. It was actually interesting in the book. In the book, when ron said if you want to kill Harry, you have to go through me, it was written that “something flickered in Sirius’ eyes” it was implying that Sirius at that moment remind ron of Sirius and James’ friendship.
Wouldn't call that shining... (spoilers below). Ravenclaws aside Flitwick basically only get Marrietta and Cho mixed into one character, one of the Patil twins and Luna. The first two girls are both awful. One is love interest with racist name other was b-word traitor. Padma has no screen-time and twins has been mistreated in this series. And Luna even if she is lovely - gets side-lined a lot in the movies.
@@aaizaasghar3000 in general getting a lot of their lines and appearances cut, sometimes by giving those lines to Hermione and most of the damage against Umbridge given to Weasley twins, omitting Patils' and other students' involvement. In movies both twins started getting proper involvement only in later movies, where in books similar to Lavender they were often more involved than Dean or Seamus, very early on on par even with Neville - especially before Hermione joined the actual crew. In movies I feel like their main role was limited to being Yule Ball last minute choices, than actually being part of the Hogwarts crew. Which in my opinion damages a little the whole Trelawney being kicked out or Lavender courting Ron parts. Also their outfits for the Yule Ball could also be way way better. Patil twins were said to be some of the prettiest girls in the school. And even, if actresses playing them are pretty, the outfits themselves didn't scream opulence.
One more thing, Sirius just escaped from prison when he saw the picture of the Weasleys in the newspaper when they went to Egypt and Wormtail was in the picture without his finger, he recognized at the time! He turned into the dog, because the dementors do not detect animals and fled between the bars because he was too thin and passed quietly in the form of a dog
Wanted to take a moment to give props to Rob's poker face! It's so good lmao I love it when people who have seen movies before intentionally lead first time watchers fully down the plot twist path haha. It makes it even better when the big reveals happen 😂 I do the same with my friends too lol
Harry flying on Buckbeak across the water is one of my favorite scenes in the film. The detail of the hippogriff's claws dragging across the surface of the water, Harry stretching out his arms (looking like he's having such fun and pure joy, a true rarity for his character), and the majestic John Williams music in the background... I just love it.
"My dad didn't strut" Harry, my guy. You were barely conscious as a human being the last time your father and you were even alive at the same time. You don't know.
I think Michael Gambon's Dumbledore comes at a great time because it totally makes sense that traumatized baby Harry from the first two books who's just overcome with magic even being a thing would see Dumbledore as a kindly grandfather figure. From this point on, he starts to really see him as a more complex fallible man but also his closest collaborator in bringing down Voldemort.
@@merykhan97 Wizarding world is the new pottermore, and yes that is the official quiz :) Because of the fantastic beasts movies they changed the name (pottermore would sound like it's only referring to harry potter)
This is probably my favourite of all the films, it's beautifully shot, kicks off the angsty teenage Potter phase and we're introduced to some really important figures for Harry. No hufflepuff slander allowed 😂
Agreed. The first two were serviceable enough, but Alfonso Cuarón really made this third installment a piece of art (and some critics called it the first true _film_ of the series). _Prisoner of Azkaban_ is my favorite of both the movies and books too. Cuarón also directed _A Little Princess_ (1995), and it is one of my all-time favorites. Truly a beautiful film.
Dumbledore is so much of a meddler that he knew he meddled with time and the whole situation before he ever did it. "Oh we're saving buckbeak? Okay! Check out the strawberry patch Minister!" Then later on when Hermione and Harry and Ron are like, "Sirius is innocent, Scabbers is guilty and he was a rat but now he's not ..." Dumbledore's probably just said to himself, "ya know what? I probably set all of this in motion... Yeah that's something I would do and apparently will do so imma do it! ... Three turns Hermione save another life hehe...😁 Did what? Goodnight!" Albus Dumbledore in his Regina George era 😅
I appreciate you guys always going the extra mile for your content. I audibly gasped when I saw you each had your lil house cloaks on lol. Keep up the good work my dudes 😎
Hufflepuff here too 💛🖤 I don’t understand why people hate on this house so much. Hufflepuffs are loyal, hard-workers and compassionate. Their common room is near the kitchens (which means parties with lots of food, baby 😉!!) and they will always have your back when you need help. 💛🖤
my dog got killed by the police cause they said they found him aggressive cause he would growl at some dogs, he was a 8 month old puppy, he was not aggressive , he was vocal and a bit scared of some dogs and seemed scary to some, but he had been attacked my 2 dogs and never hurt a soul, yet when the cops got calls of people being scared of him they took him and ended his life. i got reminded of this when they killed buckbeak, my little puppy was so young and taken away and i wish i could turn back time. fuck.
Not spending 5 minutes to flesh out the Marauders was one of the biggest fumbles of this entire movie series. Hope they bring out a tv series based on them eventually.
1:05 I think the reason why Peter Petigrew was hiding with the Weasley family unoticed is because of this: in the first book the philosophers stone, they explain that Ron’s parents kept recycling her kids old school items for her younger ones, because they couldn’t afford new ones. Like Ron got his brother Charlie’s old books and his eldest brothers robe and Percy’s pet rat. Hope this helps!!!
I like the little details with Ron and Hermione like in this book/movie how Ron is the one to always notice Hermionie is gone or suddenly showing up because he’s always aware of her presence
The change in directors from Chris Columbus to Alfonso Cuarón is super noticeable between movies 1 & 2 to the third movie. I love how much darker/grungier this one is compared to the first two. I feel like this is definitely a fan favorite within the series, especially because it introduces Sirius. Love that you decided to rep the Hogwarts houses, I'm a Ravenclaw too!
I distinctly remember telling my grandmother the plot and reasons of this movie while we were sat. For some reason she would always take me to these movies and would ask me to spoil further details in her ear while we were watching. I always think of this movie because we were homeless afterwards. I think I just clung onto the good memories.
It’s interesting how movies are milestones. One of the LOTR movies came out on the day of the sandy hook tragedy. 😢 The #1 cause of homelessness is the crazy high rents. That’s from a university study. So there’s many more of us and many find freedom living in a cozy, warm, safe, dependable vehicle.👍🏾
Ravenclaw here! 🪶💙 Beside the 1st one will always be a classic and Deathly Hallow part 2 being hugely successful, Prisoner of Azkaban is my fav of the entire franchise. Love stories about werewolves 🐺. Aunt had it coming turning into a balloon 🎈 💭 .
The new Dumbledore (Michael Gambon) stepped in for the role because the original actor for Dumbledore (Richard Harris) had passed away shortly after filming the second movie, but Michael did an incredible job taking on that role !!
I love how Snape goes from being furious with Harry to immediately placing himself between the children & a werewolf. One of my favorite scenes & it tells you all you really need to know about Professor Snape.
@@O___________0 You're right, he didn't do that specifically in the books but in the hospital wing, after all the shit went down, he tells the Minister that they were confunded and that is why he got attacked. In a way I think he protected them from the repercussions. But he is a completely awful in the books by comparison for sure, hated him until the very end
@@halrandei947 Right? The only reason why he (barely) protected Harry was not to get killed for being a _________ and because he ‘loved’ (that’s not love btw, it’s idealisation and obsession but go off Snape) _________ (you know what I mean, I can’t write it for spoiling reasons hahahah). He was still a wizarding world “racist supremacist” if you will, who physically and mentally abused children. And he loved it, it wasn’t part of the act. I’m sometimes scared of saying these things cause the HP fandom can be borderline obsessive in their “bUt He ReDeeMeD HiMsElF, ‘aLwAys’ “ rhetoric.
Such a good movie and book! They left out all the details about Harry’s dad and friends which I get for time but it’s so cool how it all ties together! Dumbledore knew Lupin was a werewolf when he admitted him and he created the shrieking shack and planted the whomping willow so he had a safe place to go and transform. The name came from the shrieking lupin would do when he transformed it was never haunted
Low key, there is something chill about being the only kid not able to go on the field trip. I would just sit around and relax. Sometimes a teacher and I would watch a movie.
The first Dumbledore was Richard Harris who died just after the 2nd movie finished filming. The new Dumbledore was Michael Gambon who actually just passed away a couple weeks ago. RIP to them both.
This is my favorite movie and book. 3 things I wish they kept in the movie was how hermoine got her cat and how the Weasley went to Egypt and that harry got his brook earlier in the book. A little bummed u guys didn't include the psychic class.
This is probably the most important thing left out in this movie: The Marauders (the creators of the map): Moony = Remus Lupin (a Werewolf), Wormtail = Peter Pettigrew (a rat Animagus), Padfoot = Sirius Black (a dog Animagus) and Prongs (a male deer AKA stag Animagus).
This is probably my favourite film of the series alfonso cuaron directed the hell out of this one I never read the books but I know people who have said it’s got major differences from it I personally loved it love these Harry Potter reactions also thank you guys for all the content today
This is my favorite book and favorite film ❤️ just something about Harry meeting his godfather makes me very happy. And Alfonso's perspective is pure magic. I can watch this everyday
This is where the series gets so interesting, it grips you by the throat from here on, if you haven't already been gripped. You are honestly going to love Goblet of Fire!
1:06:25 Sirius said that Harry could come with him PRIOR to Pettigrew's escape. They were expecting to be able to clear Sirius' name because he would have Pettigrew as proof that he never murdered anybody. But obviously without Pettigrew when Sirius leaves it's not as a free man, but as a fugitive...a dangerous escaped convict working for Voldemort. He's not taking it back, it's just the thing that had to happen for them to be able to live together didn't happen.
1:05:15 Harry's dad, James, was an animagus and could shape shift into a stag. That's why Harry thought it was his dad. He thought that Patronus he saw was James. When you cast an Expecto Patronum charm, your spell takes the form of an animal (sort of like a spirit animal), and every person has a different one.
In the books, McGonagall has to write a lot of letters to prove Hermione would be trustworthy enough to use the time turner to get to her classes. Its usually only allowed for high achieving students. Or at least it was. If you like reading, you should definitely read the books, too. You’ll understand a lot more information they left out. The movies are good, but I prefer the books. I was actually disappointed in the third movie at first when I was a teen because the third book it my favourite, but it grew on my when I learned to separate it from the books.
Just one detail, Snape knew where Lupin and the trio were because he would deliver the night potion so Lupin wouldn't turn into the werewolf and saw on the table the map open with the names in the scream house, because Lupin ran out when he saw who was there and forgot the map completely. Lupin drinks a potion for the transformation into werewolf be quieter and less dangerous but he left without taking it.
I love how this movie was made, with the darker themes (both figuratively and visually) and showing the passage of time. And the use of the Hogwarts grounds and Hogsmeade. Alfonso did a great job.
I still do HP re-reads all the time. They're so good. I enjoy the movies for what they are. My biggest complaint has always been how dumb they make Ron and how some of his best stuff throughout the series is given to others.
I'm sure someone somewhere in the comments has already explained this, but just in case these bits were missed - this isn't explained as much in the film, but James Potter, Sirius Black, Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew created the Marauders Map. They were, respectively, Prongs, Padfoot, Moony and Wormtail, and that's why Lupin knew about the map and how to use it. And it was Sirius who scratched into the Fat Lady painting - he was trying to get into the Gryffindor dormitory to kill Peter, not Harry. And the Patronus took the form of a stag because when Patronuses are that powerful, they take the form of an animal. Harry's is a stag, like the animal that his dad could transform into (Prongs). Also in the book, the scene where Sirius and Remus are explaining everything to Harry and then Snape turns up was longer - it was way more rushed in the movie (obviously they had to make decisions like that for the movie's sake). Just to explain why it was so boom boom boom!
The main thing was changed "from the past" was saving Buck Beak. The stag that Harry sees is actually his patronus. The patronus charm is vested in happy thoughts as they mentioned and it actually presents itself in an animal shaped form. Harry's fathers patronus was a stag and his mother's a doe.
I keep thinking it's too long between HP reactions for you guys to remember, then I realize we waited a year between movies, lol! Dudley being struck by buttons is a fav part for me lolol
people have often wondered why Fred and George, when looking at the map, never questioned why a man named Peter Pettigrew was sleeping in their brother's bed..... Pettigrew sought out a wizard family to he could keep tabs on the Wizarding world and news- like if Voldemort was returning, etc.
i rewatch your videos constantly, some videos i can quote you guys.. rewatching my favorite videos these past weeks have really made me realize how much i truly love zuff and the energy he adds. i love the group you guys have, i hope not only zuff is doing okay but you two are as well 🙏🏻🩷
This movie cuts out all my favourite lore/background stories to the point that it actually leaves multiple obvious plotholes (like 'why the stag' and 'how do lupin AND sirius just know how that map works') and it's still objectively one of the best movies in the series. On that regard: The Marauders Map was made by Prongs, Padftoot, Wormtail and Moony. Three kids who turned themselves into a stag, a dog and a rat, to help their lycanthropic friend not have such a shitty time being forced to be a werewolf once a month. Aka, Lupin, Sirius, Pettigrew and Harry's dad were the ones who made it. So harrys "protective spirit" assumes the animal form of his dad; a stag. Might keep that in mind about what would be a thematically fitting equivalent for Harrys mom.
The Mauraders Maop was made by four best friends: James Potter, Lupin, Sirius, and Peter. They knew Lupin was a werewolf and they illegally brewed a potion that made them into animagus so that Lupin wouldn't have to be alone whenever he turned during a full moon. (Sirius turned into a dog, James a stag, and Peter a rat.). That's why Harry thought it was his Dad that did his patronus charm. James and Sirius were the troublemakers, Lupin was the voice of reason and straigh A student (that's why he was also close with Lily, Harry's mom, both were achievers), and Peter was said to stick with the group for protection of being bullied. It shows that not all Gryffindors are good guys. Sirius being framed was so bad, more so because James and Lily were his only family. He was cast away as a teenager because he didn't follow his fam's dark arts ways. Jame's parents took him in when they were teenagers. There's a reason why they names him Harry's godfather. They knew they would die and live for him if need be. Imagine finding your bestfriend and only family dead, then being sent away to Azkaban for 12 years at 21 years old.
1:12:00 The question about how Petter Petigrew went to the Weasly family 12 years ago, one of the older boys, found a rat in Hogwarts. From that point on, he kept it as a pet. As the newer kids become able to go to Hogwarts, it was passed down to Percy, who passed the rat onto his brothers George & Fred, and they passed it to Ron 2 years ago, when he first went to the school. Because Ginny is a girl, she doesnt get the rat unless Ron didnt want it.
You all missed the name clue: the Black family all have dark hair and are named after star constallations (except Narsissa Black), Sirius is known as the dog star, so Sirius's animagus is a black dog (not a wolf). You can decode most characters by using the Victorian flower etiquet code for people named after flowers. Note Arthur Weasley's mother was a Black family member.
My understanding about Pettigrew joining the Weasley was because Pettigrew wanted to join a pure blood family with pure lineage but rats as a wizard pet has fallen out of trend in favor for owl and cats. As such many pure blood families who are usually rich, do not want a rat. Weasley who are pure blood and considered one of the noble ancestry (because of their pure blood lineage), was not as rich and hence Pettigrew was able to pose as their pet - possibly as a free pet. In fact the Weasley mostly share one owl because owls are expensive, although in the books and not in the movie, Sirius gifted Ron a tiny owl Pigwidgeon as a replacement for Scabbers. How did Weasley actually meeting Scabbers.. that I do not know or recall. In

Technically you can be in any house as long as you want it enough! Just like Harry did in the first movie. ❤
You guys truly committed with the uniforms 😆🙌 Don’t worry Bryce, as a fellow Ravenclaw, we will shine a bit more later on 🔹🦅🔹
Wouldn't call that shining...
@@mjm3091how were the twins mistreated?
"My dad didn't strut"
Harry, my guy. You were barely conscious as a human being the last time your father and you were even alive at the same time. You don't know.
also he most definitely did 10000% strut lol
Do you know what strut mean?
He was also incredibly wrong lol
I’m happy to confirm that Rob, like myself, is a anti-blood purity Slytherin 💚😂
Also Anti-Blood purist Slytherin here 🐍
I can’t wait for Bryce to meet Cho and Luna
Cho is literally useless 😂
I think Michael Gambon's Dumbledore comes at a great time because it totally makes sense that traumatized baby Harry from the first two books who's just overcome with magic even being a thing would see Dumbledore as a kindly grandfather figure. From this point on, he starts to really see him as a more complex fallible man but also his closest collaborator in bringing down Voldemort.
Yeahh I agree with your take on this I never thought about it like that
Zuff is such a hufflepuff. I won’t take this slander cause y’all popped up in robes and I immediately said zuffs was wrong
Yeah, it's easy to manipulate house quizzes to get the house you want. If he took the official quiz I bet he's a Hufflepuff.
@@theshadowfax239 I don’t count any buzzfeed or other 3rd party quiz. Real website quiz only so if he hasn’t done that then I agree
Is the Pottermore quiz the official one ?? Am not sure it's available anymore
@@merykhan97 Wizarding world is the new pottermore, and yes that is the official quiz :) Because of the fantastic beasts movies they changed the name (pottermore would sound like it's only referring to harry potter)
People would say the same about Neville
I won’t accept any Hufflepuff slander! 😂
Dumbledore is so much of a meddler that he knew he meddled with time and the whole situation before he ever did it.
"Oh we're saving buckbeak? Okay! Check out the strawberry patch Minister!"
Then later on when Hermione and Harry and Ron are like, "Sirius is innocent, Scabbers is guilty and he was a rat but now he's not ..."
Dumbledore's probably just said to himself, "ya know what? I probably set all of this in motion... Yeah that's something I would do and apparently will do so imma do it! ... Three turns Hermione save another life hehe...😁 Did what? Goodnight!"
Albus Dumbledore in his Regina George era 😅
Can’t wait for you all to watch The Order of the Phoenix (my favorite movie) and for Bryce to meet the best ravenclaw person ever LL
I love all the Hagrid appreciation so much! He’s always been my favorite character from Harry Potter. RIP Robbie Coltrane ❤
loool i feel like the guy on the left is deffo a huffelpuff!
Sooo excited for this reaction! The robes are TOO cute. 😂😂
I appreciate you guys always going the extra mile for your content. I audibly gasped when I saw you each had your lil house cloaks on lol. Keep up the good work my dudes 😎
proud hufflepuff over here!!! 💛💛Also, love ya'lls robes
Hufflepuff here too 💛🖤 I don’t understand why people hate on this house so much. Hufflepuffs are loyal, hard-workers and compassionate. Their common room is near the kitchens (which means parties with lots of food, baby 😉!!) and they will always have your back when you need help. 💛🖤
my dog got killed by the police cause they said they found him aggressive cause he would growl at some dogs, he was a 8 month old puppy, he was not aggressive , he was vocal and a bit scared of some dogs and seemed scary to some, but he had been attacked my 2 dogs and never hurt a soul, yet when the cops got calls of people being scared of him they took him and ended his life. i got reminded of this when they killed buckbeak, my little puppy was so young and taken away and i wish i could turn back time. fuck.
Weasley: harry, you're in grave danger
All potterheads: When is he not?🙄🤣
Not spending 5 minutes to flesh out the Marauders was one of the biggest fumbles of this entire movie series. Hope they bring out a tv series based on them eventually.
100% got the houses right 😂. I feel like Bryce has a little hufflepuff in him but ravenclaw makes so much sense.
Every quiz I've ever taken (including the official one on Pottermore a few times) has sorted me into Ravenclaw, and I'm happy with that.
I love how Dumbedore is actively stalling Fudge and the executioner because he knows it's happening
Haha do y’all sleep? Not that I’m complaining, keep ‘em coming 😂
PLEASE don't wait as long for the next Harry Potter movie reaction.
I'm a hufflepuff and proud. Bryce does sound like a ravenclaw.
The #1 cause of homelessness is the crazy high rents. That’s from a university study. So there’s many more of us and many find freedom living in a cozy, warm, safe, dependable vehicle.👍🏾
I LOVE THE HP MOVIES, I LOVE THAT YOURE WATCHING THEM AND WEARING YOUR HOUSES😭💕
Prisoner of Azkaban was my fav in the entire series, followed by Half Blood Prince and Deathly Hallows.
Half Blood Prince is my absolute favorite book and movie!
He didn’t do that in the books though, I think he was passed out. They embellished him a lot in the films. He’s awful.
Ohh zuff, zuff zuff zufflepuff. 😂
so much content today love this!
Big dude is definitely Gryffindor he reminds of Ron and Neville.
The fact that he's like "I want to LEARN more about ravenclaw" is such a ravenclaw thing to say
This is probably the most important thing left out in this movie:
The Marauders (the creators of the map): Moony = Remus Lupin (a Werewolf), Wormtail = Peter Pettigrew (a rat Animagus), Padfoot = Sirius Black (a dog Animagus) and Prongs (a male deer AKA stag Animagus).
He wants to know more about other houses? That's definatly ravenclaw mindset ahah
Ravenclaw will shine soon in later films.
I wanna ride on a hippogriff.
I can give you a piggyback ride later. It’s the same thing pretty much
😂😂
Looove this one, the atmosphere is so great!
Lupin drinks a potion for the transformation into werewolf be quieter and less dangerous but he left without taking it.
ok now we need footage of Bryce giving Rob that piggyback ride lmao
I love how this movie was made, with the darker themes (both figuratively and visually) and showing the passage of time. And the use of the Hogwarts grounds and Hogsmeade. Alfonso did a great job.
rob mouthing expecto patronum is everything I do it every time also
I still do HP re-reads all the time.
As for Ravenclaw, it basicly means wisdom and creativity. The most known ravenclaw that you already know is Gilderoy Lockhart.
people have often wondered why Fred and George, when looking at the map, never questioned why a man named Peter Pettigrew was sleeping in their brother's bed..... Pettigrew sought out a wizard family to he could keep tabs on the Wizarding world and news- like if Voldemort was returning, etc.
Lupin is from the Latin word- Lupus which means 'wolf'... so he was sort of pre-ordained to be a werewolf.
I love your guys channel. You guys are so funny!!
i rewatch your videos constantly, some videos i can quote you guys.. rewatching my favorite videos these past weeks have really made me realize how much i truly love zuff and the energy he adds. i love the group you guys have, i hope not only zuff is doing okay but you two are as well 🙏🏻🩷
you guys should totally do a video taking the quizzes for houses, wands, patronus, etc
Hagrid is the grounds keeper for Hogworts and takes care of the magical creatures, that's why he was tagged to teach a magical creatures class.
YESSS this movie is my favourite out of all of them i was waiting for this reaction to come out lets gooo
“I’ll give you a piggy back ride later. Same deal.” (*snort*)

1:12:00 The question about how Petter Petigrew went to the Weasly family
12 years ago, one of the older boys, found a rat in Hogwarts.
This is the movie that marked the transition to a darker story for the rest of the series, which is why it's so good!
I love how Uncle Vernon’s sister also played Ms.Trunchbull in Matilda 😂🤣
You all missed the name clue: the Black family all have dark hair and are named after star constallations (except Narsissa Black), Sirius is known as the dog star, so Sirius's animagus is a black dog (not a wolf). You can decode most characters by using the Victorian flower etiquet code for people named after flowers. Note Arthur Weasley's mother was a Black family member.
Knowing what we know now.. Remus Lupin’s fear makes so much sense. I didn’t even piece it together until rewatching it now lol
In
Yeah Bryce is most DEFINITELY a Ravenclaw 😂 I'm glad you're in my house!
