Just getting into this band at 54 years old. Missed some years there. Lovely.
The drumming on this is immense. Can’t wait to hear it in the flesh.
Tone on that Jazzmaster is absolutely sublime.
The mad professor x of songwriting, Jack is a truly brilliant songwriter.
Facts!
I went to see them live in Antwerp tonight. I'm taking over an entire 8 hour shift for a coworker just so I could come in 2 hours later in order to see them live for the very first time after being a fan for 15 years and now I'm looking at tickets for Amsterdam next week 🙈
This tune has been stuck in my mind. Its just so fresh and different, I wasnt aware of this band till this song, and its just got such a feel.
Suren just absolutely smashing the kit during this one.
Brilliant performance! So glad to see them on Jools. This band is underrated and the new album is superb.
Outstanding, Jack is THE most underrated songwriter of our generation, and the band are flawless.
That's a bit much, based on this song anyway. He just repeats the same 3 sentences
Fair comment but I'm not basing it on this one song, rather their entire back catalouge which is, in my opinion, some of the best music of recent years. Well worth a listen in chronological order as they change styles more than once. @@85parrot
😂 nope ! Presume your sleeping with him!,, ❤
@@85parrot Don't think you can count lol
FACTS!
Outstanding drumming wow
Phenomenal performance with real passion and drive!
Went to see BBC in Sheffield last night, immense, what a fantastic band live.
Oh we are so back
Totally thrilling performance. It's been said but the drumming: wow.
Suren 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Love it! Feels so good to hear unique and well developed band.
An incredible group. One of the best British bands for a long time. Can't wait to see them in Paris.
Really? Thats a big statement. I like this alum but their last few have just been ok in my opinon
@@gamesmaster1060 yes, really. The music they have produced has been consistently fantastic. It's difficult to recall a British band of recent times which can match them. Let's take the album a Different Kind of fix - Bad Timing? How can you swallow so much sleep? Shuffle? Leave It? Lights Out Words Gone? How about the album Flaws? Rinse Me Down, Ivy & Gold, My God? Or how about the album I had the blues but shook them loose, Cancel On Me, Always Like This, Evening / Morning, The Hill, What If, Lamplight? Then we can discuss So Long, See You Tomorrow, Overdone? Carry Me? It's Alright Now? Feel? Luna? Home by Now? Then everything else has gone wrong, I can hardly speak? Do you feel loved? Is It Real? Good Day? Eat Sleep, Wake? That's before we even get to the latest album and the countless demos and acoustic / reworked versions of songs. In fact, I would go step further and say that I cannot list another British band which has made album after album with multiple incredible songs on.
"I want to be your rolling pin, I want to be your rolling pin, I want to be your rolling pin..." - Is this the new Bake Off theme?
Fantastic performance!
🖤
Nailed it! 👌
What a fantastic sound….brilliant
a shame it took them this long to appear on Jools, but a great performance!
Is this the only song they did? Can't find anything else in TH-cam
HOLY F#&"#ING S**#!!!!! 😮
😮 el cantante se parece a Mahatma Gandhi 😅
🌊🌀🎶✨🎶✨✌🏼
Bombay Baldi Club
Ok but, just one song ?? Where´s the rest ?
Falling man by Vienna youth, give it a listen
I love exploring new music and on this occasion this one is a complete negative. No structure or melody. Keep trying
Nobody asked Phil, and you're wrong
@@Bebealc they didn’t have to ask son.
Since when did music need structure?
Phil - proving he has zero taste
@@ademwaterman7279 by the sound of this rubbish I don’t think so. It’s bland and monotone.
