Neapolitan Pizza with Cozze pizza oven. An amazing pizza that you can make the same day.

This week, I'm cooking an amazing pizza with dough that you can prepare at home in the same day. With the Cozze pizza oven, you can make an amazing pizza in 2 minutes. The dough recipe is very special. You can prepare it in about 4 hours. You can also make the same recipe in your oven at home. Preheat your oven at maximum temperature 40 minutes ago. Start cooking on the lower grill. Get it in the middle at the last minute.
Materials
800 grams 00 pizza flour
500 ml cold water
15 grams of salt
5 grams of fresh yeast
Fresh mozzarella cheese
Grated Parmesan
Basil
very little olive oil

Cozze 13 bende yeni aldım ve tarifinizle yapacağım bu hafta ,elinize sağlık. Pizzayı o dar alandan iterken sadece pratik lazım herhalde 🤷‍♂️
