Supper Goan chicken biriani recipe A2Z Konkani speaking to n excellent ending results,I'm pleased n happy watching ur post from TANGA Tanzania,God bless ur cooking hands amen.
Hi Cytina, great recipe. The only suggestion I would make is to add the chicken meat first at the bottom and then the rice while doing the layering. This will help prevent the rise from sticking and burning nuding the dum process.
Thanks Clifford for your suggestion 👌, If I start with the chicken first it will definitely burn at the bottom this chicken has thick gravy there is no yogurt added to the chicken , (yogurt releases some liquid ) The rice does stick at the bottom but not much you do loose about 2 spoonful of rice (that too basmati rice - expensive 😂) 😊 ❤️
Hi Loretta , I lived in Mumbai before moving to UK I know the taste of Hyderabadi biryani . this recipe my mum cooked for us when we were kids, today I am a grand mother so you know how old my mum's recipe is . please dont take this personal I have my prawn biryani video already uploaded on my channel adding barista and coriander . not defending myself . you called me aunty so im sure you will not be upset . ❤
No Doris , recheado masala is ground with vinegar ,I will share my recheado masala recipe , specially for you ❤️ I am on a holiday at the moment in Morocco
Always remember with kothimbir and pudina and barista, biryani is incomplete, nobody puts red ground masala for Biryani, please see the Muslim's biryani how they make

Hi Maruska, why you think GOAN dishes cannot be biryani? my mother cooked this so called biryani when we were kids , but as kids we didnt know it was biryani, secondly this chicken is cooked with Goan red masala and the process of layering the rice and chicken . To the best of my knowledge , Biryani is derived from the Persian word Birian . As you mentioned in your comment @maruskamishal3691 • 34 minutes ago Goan dish are pulao(beef, pork, chicken or etc and not biryani Goans just dont eat only pulav , we have many food recipes Thanks for watching my video

Basmati rice flavoured with fragrant spices such as saffron and layered with lamb, chicken, fish, or vegetables and a thick gravy. The dish is then covered, its lid secured with dough, and then the biryani is cooked over a low flame. ❤flavours are in the masala my friend not in barista coriander and mint leaves curd is added for sourness . not arguing with you just a humble reply ❤❤
