Jesus... the stigma and fakeclaiming in this comment section is so messed up... DID is not the only dissociative disorder that exists. OSDD also exists, in two categories. As a system who has very good communication between parts and very little amnesia during daily life unless it is needed, I hate seeing the comments spreading stigma and false facts around. I wish everyone would listen to systems, and not single people who don't have the experiences we do (we meaning the system community). Every system is different, which means that their experiences as a system can't always be compared to a different system with different needs. Please don't attack systems, we're just trying our best. This isn't directed towards anyone specific either, just a general message.

      I can prove that.
We have a system and I know someone who also has system.
Our systems are really REALLY different.
      For an example:
In my friend's system the alters in the appear look like eachother but with different colored eyes
The core in their system has black hair, and the rest of the system have black hair too except the Host.
Not in just color, they are similar to eachother but not the exact same.
In the Our system everyone is really different and unique in appear.
      For an example:
Our Protector is 192 cm tall, has a copper red natural hair and reddish brown eyes
Our Gatekeeper is 213 cm tall, has a golden orange dye hair, old school party glass with beads, and yellow eyes
Our Trauma holder is 176 cm, has a purple hair and brown eyes
And their faces are really really different
Our friend's inner world looks like a family house or an empty space sometimes, and our inner world has walls from something smook like and we have a really big fronting circle what looks like a mandala but not really a mandala, also our cloudy rooms are moving and change positions except the permanent rooms what are near the center of the inner world
Our inner world is dark but these smooky cloudy walls are pulsating colored lights and they have fixed color patterns.
So yeah every system can be really REALLY different.
      I agree with you 100%!

I am in the mental health field and when someone has DID they black out when they alters come out and have no memory of them at all, thus, they would have no idea who's name is what and who acts like what etc. All these fakers who say "I have DID!! Look at me everyone! My alters names are dream, feather, eye, blue, and cosmetology! Blue has a kid and us from London, eye is the protector, dream is a little kid who likes cars...." ECT. She's faking, knowing mpd people don't place priority on others well being. She's doing this for special attention.
    Worst of the worst.
Do a hidden follow up and she will prove me right.

Do you know what MPD is? It’s not a personality disorder (I’m not demonising personality disorders) - MPD is Dissociative Identity Disorder. It has nothing to do with treatment of other people. Personality Disorders are stereotyped as people who don’t place priority on others wellbeing

@@leviantler8702 I am not a psych major. I do not have any experience with that. However I am interested in the subject. I do believe the disorder exists however it's now just a popular thing to do on tiktok social media and TH-cam to attract attention or likes or whatever. I am highly skeptical of all of these videos. I really like the video Dr Todd Grander did on the subject. I recommend to check it out, you will find it interesting.

@@imabegood This is before Tik Tok was even big, love. And do you really think teens following a trend is the same as a lady seeking help for a condition and struggles because of it? And even if it was around the tik tok trend and this was a teenager, you're still not a psych major. I am. So sit down and stop pretending to know what you're talking about. You have no authority in any of this.
