    The Celtics were better bc the East was easier. They went seven games with the the Bucks who had no coach. They basically beat the 76s by freezing out Simmons and doubling Embiid. It took them 7 games to beat Bron by himself basically and we're supposed to believe they stood a chance against the Warriors. Ok. They wouldn't even stand a chance against the Raps w/o Kyrie. Why the media keep talking as if Kyrie missed the entire year like Gordon Hayward..... Kyrie was there for a HUGE CHUNK of leading Boston to that #2 seed last year & was there while Brown Tatum & Rozier excelled as players last year..... Oh wait I forgot Brad Stevens got ALL the credit last year & now when things was going south let's blame Kyrie instead of Brad Stevens (who EVERYONE called the leader last year)

    • @TaeRokk11B
      @TaeRokk11B 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Brad Stevens had IT which is 5'9 in the top 5 voting in mvp with the number the number 1 seed and only switched point guards and still maintain that top 1-2 seed. So yeah kyrie takes the bulk of that, so don't blame the coach when your guy if falling short but wanna crown him when he's winning yet it's a team sport.

    • @22BCMF
      @22BCMF 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Tonio5100 well it was a thing in Cleveland that games without lebron, the Cavs floundered, yet without Kyrie brad was way overachieving across the board, so now when last year they were a top 2 seed when they were without gordan hayward for the whole season and eastern conference runner up without Hayward or Kyrie, it’s tough to point the finger at brad, but when Kyrie is an iso player in a team system and the system is struggling, it’s easy to point the finger at Kyrie, I don’t think it’s his fault (more Tatum plateauing and trying to get Hayward back in the swing of things), but part of that falls on Kyrie, and we hold every other all time great to that standard, so we need to with Kyrie too

    The reason Boston was one game away from the Finals last season is because there was no true championship caliber team in the East. As well as they played, they wouldn't have made the conference finals in the West.

    1. Are NBA 1st round pick level jocks really "College students"? Will they learn the same life lessons that others do in college?
    2. In your early 20s you should be growing wherever you are. Actually having a job and financial responsibility should be a better growth experience than being a college student. But then, is being a NBA star really a "having a job" experience?

    I kinda see what Kyrie did with calling Lebron, being similar to how a puppy dog grows and finally learns to submit, appreciate, and then obey it's owner. Just the intangibles are way different. I'd love to see a reunion. L.A. would instantly be the League's 2nd best team.
