I have forgotten that Job experienced ice and snow. Why it never occurred to me that he would experience it today must be from my perspective where I can see 115 degrees F in the summer and -28 in the winter so snow and ice are familiar with me as it was Job but me forgetting he was in the Middle East. Those verses makes sense to me now with the idea of being during the ice age.

I don't remember how long ago it was I read that a wooly mammoth was found frozen in ice some place in the arctic. Tropical plants was found in its stomach. If you think about that then it makes a valid point that at one time in the distant past the climate was war globally. If the mammoth had eaten tropical plants in the tropics it would have had to travel to the arctic in which case the plants would have completely digested by the time the animal made it to the arctic. The only way the plants could have been found in its stomach was for it to have eaten the plants in the arctic.

Referring to the map renderings, I have a question: after the flood, in the time of Peleg (Gen.10:25), “the earth was divided.” I have heard that scripture used as support for continental drift. NIV text notes indicate it may refer to the Babel account (Gen 11). Do you have a preference and how does it comport with ice age timing? Also the map model shows the Sahara Desert existing at the same time as the ice age - can this be possible? Also, regardless of secular time frames, the fossil/geological record appears to show that Northern Africa was much more temperate at some point. How might this comport with the “ice age” ? Thank you for your very interesting, biblically based, presentation:)

First thing to note is that to an extent, the northern and southern hemispheres are largely decoupled. Any theory needs to explain the glacial periods starting about 2.5Mya in the northern hemisphere and 16Mya in the southern hemisphere. 2.5Mya is when the Isthmus of Panama closed. I would presume the warm Atlantic equatorial ocean current flow east to west, would enter the Carribean sea from the Atlantic, then, prior to 2.5Mya, continue into the Pacific. Once the Isthmus of Panama closed off, the current goes back out the Florida straits, then into the north Atlantic. There is considerable evaporation, then snow fall. If the snow falls on land at the high latitudes and persists, this greatly influences the amount of solar heat reflected back into space instead of becoming surface heat. The Milankovitch cycles modulates the degree the amount of solar insolation.
The southern hemisphere has a wall of cold water in the Antarctic circumpolar current that prevents warm ocean currents from reaching the high southern latitudes. Prior to about 16Mya, Antarctica was still connected to South America, meaning no circumpolar current. Presumably a warm ocean current flowed south to Antarctica on one side of South America, around and then back towards the tropics?

Another piece of evidence is the mystery of why the ice was centered over Canada rather than the present-day north pole. This indicates the continents have moved significantly and/or the rotation axis has shifted due to the change in mass distribution. One landed in 1942 and started to immediately be buried in ice and snow. In 1992 ...50 years later the plane was discovered under 300 feet of ice. Ice cores drilled down to the plane suggest the plane had been buried for tens of thousands of years as those reading the cores thought the dark rings throughout the cores represented years when they really represented freeze and thaws. We know today that those cores only represented fifty years of freeze and thaw activity since we know when the planes originally landed.

Is there a "total earth covered ice age"?
Or is it that they only look at particular areas? This is a big planet.
One continent's ice age may be another continent's tropic or temperate time period.
Or it may be latitudinal. Or Longitudinal.
Which may indicate a swing in the ocean currents, a turning of the earth due to internal magnetic pressures. A polar excurssion.
All the magnetic iron core is or can be affected the galactic magnetic dust sheet that comes through about every 12 thousand years.
The language I use is "laymen style".
But you get the main concept.
Everything occuring in our galaxy, our solar system, or to our sun,
    affect Earth's massive internal mechanisms.
These massive "mechanisms" create Earth's climate patterns.

This would give an atmosphere that would increase air pressure, filter out UV light, x rays, gamma rays, from the sun. This coupled with a stronger magnetic field, and a more oxygenated made the earth like living in a hyperbaric chamber. Right or wrong that is what I believe, if you don't that's okay, you still believe God is in control. I like your video, good job.

Ice Age are real, we have ice core samples going back 800,000 years, count the layers just like tree rings. The earth is not 6,000 years old and the Bible does not teach this. Hebrews 4:9-10: "There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of God; for anyone who enters God’s rest also rests from their works, just as God did from his." This tells us that the 7th day has not ended. Thus day 7 is a long time span, thus day 1 to 6 must be a long time span. Each believer are to enter into day 7. Also there no "evening and morning" for the 7th day. As day 7 as not ended. Biblical Hebrew has a limited vocabulary, with fewer words compared to other languages, such as English or Spanish. This means words often have multiple meanings determined by context. Day - yom is commonly rendered as day in English translations, but the word yom can be used in different ways to refer to different time spans thus literally is:
    Sunrise to sunset
    Sunset to next sunset
Time period of unspecified length. (long time span ).

Soon as you started saying "you need a cold atmsphere" like it was the only way.
The more scientific and correct way to say it would be, "You need all that heat, stored up in the water, to be dissipated rapidly over a short period."
Look into Missoula floods if you haven't. People want to find a direct link to that and the ice-sheet to it's north, and an asteroid crater. I think that's all coincidence, and what you are seeing is just an eddie current of the catastrophic event that destroyed our very ancient of past, pre-ice age.

Great confusion comes by equating (Adam, Eve, & Garden of Eden in Gen2) to (man & woman & earth of Gen1). These 2 accounts are completly different & try make as same is confusion. Scripture is but a love story of a jilted lover & the apple of his eye. Jesus is the Lamb slain from the foundation of this world... So when was this sinful world founded? It was upon the day of Adam & Eve disobedience.
For then God discarded Adam & Eve's fig leaves & gave them covering of animal skins.. Of necessity was the shedding of the lambs blood & Christ was appointed as "He who would give his life as seed of woman to save men from their sins"
Jesus was clear & precise, doubt not. He drew a line into the sands of time saying:
The law & the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, & every man presseth into it., Luke 16:16
There were 4kYrs of sin prior to John & there remain 3k years from Jesus 3 day prophesy of John 2:19: Jesus answered & said unto them, Destroy this temple, & in 3 days I will raise it up.
From Christ baptism & anointing unto the anointing- dedication of Solomons temple was one God day of 1000yrs & from that dedication unto Adam's sin is yet another 3000yrs. This can be detailed by OT chronology... but to equate Gen2 with Gen1 is a grave error leading to utter confusion. The time between events of Gen2 & Gen1 remain wholly unspecified by scripture
NOR WAS Adam the 1st man, Scripture means what it says & says what it means. So when Jesus said, "from the beginning of the creation God made them male & female’ also.. ‘he which made them at the beginning made them male & female’.. Gen1:1 Mk10:6 Matt19:4 Mk13:19 Heb1:10
The wonderful thing about believing holy scripture is freedom from doubt. This act to which Jesus referred is in Gen1, "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male & female created he them & God blessed them’, & God said to them, “Be fruitful, & multiply, & replenish the earth (not Eden), & subdue it: & have dominion over the fish of the sea, & over the fowl of the air, & over every living thing that moves upon the earth (not in Eden) & God said, Behold, I have given you
EVERY. ( Yes here it says EVERY read all inclusive )
herb yielding seed which is upon the face of all the earth (not in garden Eden) , &
EVERY tree, ( Yes here it says EVERY read all inclusive)
in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for food.” Gen1:27-29
    But when God made Adam & placed him in GARDEN EDEN, scripture was very specific ;
.. the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden (not earth) you may freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good & evil, thou shalt NOT EAT of it: for in the day that thou eat thereof thou shalt surely die. & the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help fit for him. .. Genesis 2:16-19
Adam was specifically told v2:17 NOT EAT of Tree knowledge of good & evil that was in "Garden Eden" but man&woman of Gen1 had no dietary restriction. Gen1 & Gen2 are separate accounts. Time betwixt 2events is Unspecified ..
Jesus was also clear. For He did not say, 'from time of Garden He made Adam & Eve.' But rather Jesus spoke on this wise.
from the beginning of the creation God made them male & female’ also.. ‘he which made them at the beginning made them male & female
Jesus did Not say "Adam and Eve", nor did He say, 'from the time of garden'. Jesus meant what was said & said what he meant Adam & Eve were not in the creation... we must accept that scripture means what is said & says what it means
Man in Gen1 was made From nothing, Ex-Nehlio... Heb 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
Yet Adam in Gen2 was formed from dust of ground & Eve was formed from Adam's rib... thus Adam & Eve of Gen2 are not made Ex-nehlio, from nothing, as were the man & woman in the beginning of Gen1, thus Gen1 & Gen2 are completely different events ... Trying to make Gen1&2 the same just makes complete confusion.
This confusion comes by equating (Adam, Eve, & Garden of Eden in Gen2) to (man & woman & earth of Gen1) these 2 accounts are completly different. To try make as same is confusion. Bible is but a love story of a jilted lover & the apple of his eye. Jesus is the Lamb slain from the foundation of this world... so when was this sinful world founded? Was it not upon the day of Adam & Eve disobedience for it was then that God discarded Adam & Eve fig leaves & gave them covering of animal skins.. of necessity was the shedding of the lambs blood. So Christ was appointed as He who would give his life as seed of woman to redeem men from their sins
Jesus was clear & precise doubt no more. He drew a line into the sands of time by saying
The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it. Luke 16:16
There were 4kYrs of sin prior to John & there remain 3k years from Jesus 3 day prophesy

From Christ baptism & anointing unto the anointing dedication of Solomons temple was one God day of 1000yrs & from that dedication unto Adam's sin is about 3000yrs by OT chronology... but to equate Gen2 with Gen1 is a grave error leading to great confusion. The Bible is mostly the story of the lineage of the House of David. Adam was the first ancestor in the lineage of David, Abraham, Noah, Enoch, etc. Eden was in the Taurus Mountains, the source of the Euphrates and the Tigris. Adam (Israelites), Adamu (Akkadians, Assyrians), Adon (Canaanites), Adonis (Greek), Dumuzid (Sumerians), Tammuz (Babylonians), refer to the same historical ancestor of almost all the royal Houses in Antiquity. In ancient times, deification implied associating kings and queens with a natural force. In the case of Adam, he represented the earth, while Eve would represent the Moon (full-moon) and Lilith the Moon (new moon). Through times, the narratives of different cultures evolved independently and drifted apart from each other. Dumuzid, being the Sumerian version is probably the original name of this common ancestor. The Israelite version of the name is extremely close to the Akkadian which suggests they are closely related to the Israelites. I have never read anything related to the Ice Age in the Bible. Adam chased from Eden dates back 4 000 BC or so. Apparently there was a volcanic event with pyroclastic flow (Cherubim with a flaming sword) 4 000 BC in the Taurus Mountains in the east.

The Noahatian flood changed the climate and changed the ambient temperature by cooling the earth from an all over tropical one to a less warm and variable temperature. Plus the reorganization of earth's mass changed as huge masses of earth were pushed upward by thousands of feet, that had not existed before the flood as the terrain was pretty much consistant in elevation. Plus there was a canapy of moisture ( described in Genesis, kept the temperature consistant around the planet. Once that was destroyed, the heat escaped into space causing the earth to cool and change to what we have now.
Thus the temperature had fluctuated since and will until God recreates the earth for all eternity.
Man has little effect on the planet no matter what the globalists try to tell us. They are actually creating artficial conditions and blaming people for the mess. Busted !! 😝😡

Very interesting video. Having spent some time studying and puzzling through this myself, I've come to realize that the big mistake present-day experts make is assuming that the rates of change they see today, are a constant and can be used to calculate things going backward. Because of the Great Flood, that's simply not valid. Moses wrote the Book of Genesis, and the information at the beginning came to him from God. Only God would know how things were before we were even created, so we can trust what he told Moses is valid and accurate.
Here's what I've worked out. When God created the earth, as he said, he separated the waters from the waters, and called the expanse in between "sky". That clearly describes an amount of water at the edge of the atmosphere, which at that altitude would be frozen. There was an ice shield around the earth. This would serve several purposes. It would filter out a lot of the ultra-violet radiation from the sun, which is what ages and breaks down living cells. It would serve to slightly increase the atmospheric pressure, which would be necessary for very large animals to be able to breath and function, and for their body cells to be able to get enough oxygen. It would also help distribute climate temperature evenly around the earth, so the environment would be very healthy and robust. Even the poles would be tropical. All of this would produce large amounts of vegetation rather quickly, and enable people to live 10 times longer than we do today, because they weren't being bombarded by the amounts of ultra-violet radiation like we are.
The Flood. It was the result of a solar event, pretty much exactly like John describes in Revelation, where an angel is given a vial and pours it out on the sun, and it scorches the earth. In this case, because there's an ice shield around the earth, the solar event starts melting the ice, and that's where the oceanic volumes of rain came from that fell for 40 days and nights. Something else the solar event did was increase the strength of the sun's magnetic field. The earth's core is molten iron, and iron is a conductor. When you pass a conductor through a magnetic field, it generates electricity and heat in the conductor. As the earth rotates around the sun, it's passing through its magnetic field, and this is what heats the core of our planet and powers it. It's what heats the deep ocean currents which help distribute warmth around the planet. It's actually what controls the climate more than simple heat on the surface. Climate is different from environment. When Noah and his family left the ark, God told Noah he would never again destroy the earth with a flood. The next time it would be by fire. That's true because the ice shield isn't there anymore, and that's what John describes in Revelation. The span of time between Moses and John is over 1,200 years. Neither of them would have understood what the ice shield would have done, or what value it would have had, and yet their writings fit together. From the first book of the Bible to the last book, there's a continuity that shouldn't be there, unless God is involved in all of it, and he is.
The solar event that was melting the ice shield, was also radically heating up the core of the earth, and that heat is what caused the water in the subterranean layers of the earth's crust to boil and burst forth through the many deep caves that are all around the world. In addition, there was severe volcanic and seismic activity.
The staggering amount of water falling non-stop for 40 days and nights, created massive winds and atmospheric effects. As the earth rotated 24 hours a day for 40 days and nights through this solar event, the ice shield would go from melting to not melting as it entered the earth's shadow, then melting again at sunrise. This caused an unbelievable amount of temperature changes in the atmosphere. For enough water to cover the earth over 3 miles high to fall in only 40 days and nights, that means unimaginably massive floods of water, mud and rock were roaring across the landscape, going from the high areas to the low areas everywhere. Walls of water, mud and rock hundreds of feet high moving at flash flood speeds. That kind of force in motion could carve the Grand Canyon in a week or two. The destructive power is unimaginable. Winds hundreds of miles an hour, or maybe even higher in some areas. Dramatic temperature fluctuations off the scale.
In a ship just over 500 feet long, is a family of 8 people and some animals. I cannot imagine what this all sounded like to them. Obviously God would have kept them safe through all this, but there's some interesting properties of bitumen, which is what God told Noah to coat the outside and inside of the ark with. It's tar pitch. The ark would not have been brown like artists draw; it would have been pitch black. There was no upper observation deck for anyone to stand on. That much water falling non-stop for over a month would have swamped the boat. There was the ship's hull, and a roof. Obviously tar pitch is waterproof, and would make the ship water-tight, but tar pitch also has another interesting property; it shields against radiation. All the ultra-violet radiation now hitting the earth didn't bother anyone inside the ark. Tar pitch is also a good thermal insulator, so the temperature inside the ship was stable. I believe all the animals were in the lower decks where their weight would serve as ballast, and I think God put them into hibernation for the whole thing. That way they wouldn't need any maintenance. No panic, no drama, no need to water, feed or clean up after them. They just slumbered away, and slept through the whole thing. Their body heat rising up from the lower decks, would help keep the ship warm inside.
God told Noah and his family to enter the ark on the 10th day of the 2nd month (May 10), and God shut and sealed the door. They were inside for 7 days before it started raining, so the great flood actually began on May 17. ALL the water that both fell and burst forth from the deep, happened in 40 days and nights. That's over 3 miles high above our current sea level of enough water to cover the entire world. The pressure at a depth of 3 miles is staggering. The Titanic is just over 2 miles deep. Also, sun light cannot penetrate down that far, so as it was in the beginning, darkness once again covered the face of the deep over the entire planet. It stayed that way for 150 days until the ark came to rest on the top of Mt. Ararat _before any mountain tops were visible_ . Ararat is just over 17,000 feet above sea level. The ark came to rest on the 17th day of the 7th month (October 17). The water level would continue to drop until the 1st day of the 10th month (January 1), when the tops of the mountains became visible. Now keep in mind that at this point, there's still almost 3 miles of water covering the earth. By the 1st day of the 1st month (April 1), the waters of the earth had dried up! From January 1 to April 1 is only 90 days. Almost 3 miles high of water covering the entire planet disappeared in only 90 days!
It wasn't until May 27, that God told Noah and his family they could leave the ark. That's only 57 days from the surface finally being free of the flood waters. For over a year, the surface had been under the crushing weight of all that water, and in darkness. No photo-synthesis. No plant life, no trees, nothing. No surface life; just a ball of wet mud. It goes from that to a fully restored earth with a new eco-system for Noah, his family and all the animals in only 57 days.
So what does that do to the geological record? It messes with it BIG TIME. The rates of change scientists are using to calculate dates and timelines, are _way_ off. They're assuming the rates of change they're using today are a constant and haven't changed, but they have. What God did to the earth in those 57 days was clearly supernatural, and it would leave a footprint that's unlike any the earth has seen before or since. I don't think there was an ice age. I think the 'age' and all the 'ages' and the 'sudden warming' periods that ended them all, happened within less than a year. As a result, the estimates of the earth's age are radically off; the earth isn't nearly as old as they say. It's older than 6,000 years, but nowhere near millions or billions. Because of the radical altering of the geological record in that one year of the great flood, I don't know if it's even possible to calculate how old the earth might be. Not that it matters really, other than for the sake of curiosity and interest. God is God, Jesus is Lord, and the command he gave us "As I have loved you, love one another" is what's important. I enjoyed your video!

@markd3250 Interesting theory you have presented. Couple of points I would argue: 1. an ice shield high up in the atmosphere would be too reflective to allow much penetration of sunlight. We know that high atmosphere is already quite cold, all day long. Air doesn't warm up from infrared, surfaces do. Heat rises from the earth. The atmospheric greenhouse effect is insulation to slow heat loss from below, not to protect from the top down.
      2. Molten iron ceases to be magnetic at such temperature. I don't think there is any evidence of induction heating of the earth through magnetic fields. That seems like 'flat earther' science and has the negative connotations of such.
      3. I'd think that most of the flood water actually drained off into the sea basins that were formed by the techtonic activities going on. It didn't have to evaporate. But the action of rapid continental drift would create quite the tsunami itself, with some awesome torrents draining away.

I'll tell you here exactly what caused the ice-age.
As sea temperatures rose, the amount of ocean suspended in our atmosphere did as well. This created more cloud cover, increasing our albedo.
With more reflectivity, the sunlight suddenly stopped having nearly as much of an effect on the land under our feet. This will probably be when pestilence and death ride out. Weather you take that figuratively or literally is your own concern.
Know how when it turns to night, and if you live in a particularly hot climate, it can get cold at night fairly quickly? I am explaining thermodynamics, but only because I would like others to understand a bit better as well. Thermal dynamics always applies, especially when dealing with space.
Without the energy being consistently added to our semi-closed system, things immediately and drastically started to change. FURTHER increasing our albedo. This is to say that alone was what caused us to regrow our icecaps overnight. That simply having some cloud cover wasn't enough. It was the snow that felt on a cold ocean shortly after, and all over the land.
Why do I say "overnight", look at the graph... each of those transitions is 1/200th the time of a cycle except in the very early years of the earth according to secular reasoning. Geologically speaking, we froze overnight. It might have been literally too.
By the time the atmosphere gave up most of it's water, it was probably a full 20 degrees C difference. I think this created the perfect conditions for vibrational cooling or "supercooling", all of the water that had risen at the poles now reached a perfect temperature where just the humming of the earth was enough to start freezing it from the ground up.
Why did the water go to the poles? Why not stay in the tidal bulge?
Because at some point, all those river outlets became inlets and flowed backwards due to the ever-increasing tidal bulge.
In fact, Sep 27, 2023. I want all who read this to remember that date, and watch. Pray god doesn't flood the earth without warning this time. I have half a mind to myself, and I'm not he.
Anyways, as this water surged from warmer climates and imparted it's energy onto the land, it eventually culminated at the top of the globe. I like to think of the rocks and ground as heatsinks, however, usually they are baking in the sun for at least 12 hours. In this scenario, the sun has been absent for a while, leaving them mostly colder and colder. Where the centripetal force of our spinning blue marble would lead it. It will either freeze, or eventually over-accumulate, and a biblical flood will be triggered.
    Lastly.
Search the annuals of human history and find me a record where the tops of oceans froze, or where the rivers ran backwards. We won't be recording this. This will be full survival, and civilization reset. If the world is XX billion years old, so be it, I like to think "changing the length of the ruler doesn't stop 2 coming after 1." So it's pointless to argue that.

    • @KenJackson_US
      @KenJackson_US 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

Yes, @@haggismcbaggis9485, the volcanoes, the plate tectonics and the flooding totally destroyed the face of the earth. (That's why it's so silly for anyone to ask if the pyramids or other structures were built before the flood. Everything was ground up into sediment.)
The result was that the oceans were warm to hot all over the earth, which pumped huge volumes of water vapor into the skies. Little sunlight got through. The atmosphere was really cold. It snowed for centuries. Snow became ice. The one and only ice age was born.
