So I normally wouldn’t say anything but it’s pivotal that you insert the particle filter in facing the correct direction. You had unfortunately installed this customer’s particle filter in facing the wrong direction. The only reason I know this is because I just replaced mine and had almost made the same mistake you did. But I was luckily able to catch what I was doing before completing the install. It’s easy to get turned around when replacing this filter for a bunch of different reasons. The biggest clue as to know you’re installing this filter in the correct position is to take note of the 2 small holes on just the one side of the filter. Those 2 small holes are supposed to face up and also line up exactly with 2 tiny male pieces inside the housing. Which will allow the filter to fall freely from the housing. And you should never need to smash the filter to get the bottom locking piece back on like demonstrated in your video. I would suggest you to correct this mistake to ensure everything stays working correctly. But since this video was posted over a year ago. It can be corrected on this customers next replacement.
