  • We are a home automation company in Greater Toronto Area at Ontario of Canada.
    We design, wiring, set up and installation home automation systems and theater room in residential and Commercial projects.
    In this house we ran full wires and multi room sound system for 23 ceiling speakers in 4 zones.
    By Sonos amp we managed all speakers for background music in a 5000 sq.ft house.

    Can you play different sources or different zones? Ie; your Spotify to your master bedroom, but your wife’s Apple Music to the game room? I thought maybe since you have multiple Sonos amps?

    • @smarthomesight9161

      each zone actually you have separate source and different music.....

    I read a comment where you can connect up to 6 speakers in parallel, is it just what I need, I need to connect 6 speakers in parallel (3 left - 3 right), all the speakers can be 8ohms (125w) each? I don't know the truth about audio. but I read that it is the maximum that the sonos amp supports, that is why I would like to know if I can connect 6 speakers of 8ohms (125w)

    • @FullThrottle2
      @FullThrottle2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      One sonos amp - 6 speakers but only from sonos, other brands 4 speakers 8 ohms

  • @SamUppal

    A single Amp cannot send four channels of audio to four different speakers. You could connect all four speakers in parallel to a single Amp, but you wouldn’t get four discrete channels. You would only get two channels playing out of four speakers.

    • @smarthomesight9161

      Each Sonos amp and its all speakers has separate zone and sound on it. up to 6 parallel speakers.

      It depends how to use them. they wanna use it just for background music not a loud surround system or home theatre. but after working couple hours a day, they are still working fine.
