Hey everyone ... I've had all these issues and as I understand it you can now upload to SoundCloud as long as it's proper DJ mix set and not remixes of individual or individual tracks . I tried it last week with no issues , as for TH-cam it sucks on copyright .

Everything you said makes total sense but than there are dj mix channels here, I.E. like boiler room, mix mag where there are many many dance tracks and there must be a way that they don't get flagged. Is it because it's live? Then again, dj Johnny M, many 1 hour deep house mixes with 15 plus tracks. th-cam.com/users/johnnym805featured there must be another way. For example what if you name the tracks in your description?
Unfortunately, the rules of TH-cam explain it doesn't matter if you credit the creators or not. Using their creation without their consent/permission could still get you a strike or whatever measure they prefer to be taken for copyright.
@@alexinthemix00 I think they mean adding the song names, artist names, & websites to the artists or their record label in the description of a video you upload to TH-cam. So you'd be saying you do not own the original content and are crediting the original owners and linking back to them. for example adding something like this: "(Song name) by (artist) Support them here: (website link)" Unfortunately this does not matter to TH-cam's copyright rules however.

Mixcloud will also not tell you if they pull a mix if it has three tracks (of same artist) which was frustrating

TH-cam continues to block my mixes for the world to hear... been using mixcloud for sometime, might be time to upgrade to pro... thanks for the vid!!!

Mixcloud is terrible in some ways if you post mixes as you can’t have 3 tracks from same artist in the same mix which is super restrictive
I remix every song, and mixcloud, only recognizes 0-2 songs, per 30 minutes.
You don't need to hide tracks on mixcloud as it's all above board & legal?
Just add the copyright owner's info and you should be fine (ie Song name, Artist name, Their website)
