Great video - you covered tons of detail. Impressed - keep the videos coming.

Informative video! By pressing F1 while Batocera is running you can open internal file manager. There you can select connected drives to copy and paste games/bios. Please do more videos. Greetings from Germany.

I find the internal file manager a bit clunky. I def prefer to access the SHARE remotely and/or terminal over ssh and use rsync and/or scp. but the file manager is another option of course!

@24:00 dont forget you can set the defailt for GC to be 3x and set a game-specific resolution for Metroid Prime to be 2x and get the best of all worlds!

Your videos are very helpful. I’m trying to decide between a raspberry pi 5 and the N100. Are you going to do a comparison video between the two? Just from watching the individual videos you have on both devices it seems as though the N100 runs things like N64 and Game Cube games better. Would you agree?

      Thank you!
The n100 is certainly more capable and out of the box comes more complete. N64 and especially GameCube are much better on the n100. N100 is less work overall to build a finished console. You can save a little bit of money with a raspberry pi 5 setup but it's not much.
What the Pi has going for it is it's a project (if you're into that kind of thing). You have to put it all together, find or build a case, and make it your own.
If you're looking for even more power, at about twice the price of an n100 the Beelink SER 5 pro/max are really good. They are an AMD chip and will get you into PS3 and Xbox 360 if that's your thing.

    Well Done Sir!
I've been a Batocera Dork for a long time, It's Everything I Tried to get Linux to Do 20 Years Ago LOL
I find a Bunch of eWaste from time to time, the Kiddos and I Tear it all down & Detail them like new, then see what it can play. Then Donate to a local family.

Go for the n97 with DDR5 and save money buying a Gamesir Nova Lite controller for a better overall experience.

Up to what emulators can Batocera support on an N100 cpu?
