Zucchini Bread 2 ways Made With Fresh Milled Flour - Sourdough or Not?

- Today, I am sharing two zucchini bread recipes with you, both are made with fresh milled flour. One recipe is for a plain Zucchini Bread with fresh milled flour, and the other is a Sourdough Zucchini Bread with Chocolate Chips also made with freshly milled flour. I show a peak of my mom's garden in this video, which is who blessed my family with this homegrown fresh produce!

I love quick bread muffins! I make a double choc banana, double chocolate zucchini, pumpkin spice muffin (with chocolate chips) … I’ve found that if I add chocolate chips to a muffin, all my kids eat it 🤔

We were given 5 big zucchini this week. Today, 2 loaves of the most delicious & moist zucchini bread came out of our oven. 😊 I enjoyed 2 slices & want more! It tastes so good 👍 😋.

You are so talented I enjoy your videos I have a question I do a old recipe on Hardee’s biscuits the recipe I want to convert it over to wheat berry flour I currently use AP with baking powder and salt instead of the self rising flour it called for can you sunset how it best done this dough mix can stay in the fridge for 2-3 weeks it has yeast in it also thanks for any suggestions
You could use my AP Flour blend for this, and mix up the dry ingredients and keep them in the fridge for a week, or freezer for up to 3 months. But, the dough mixed up would probably only last for a couple days in the fridge. Here is my AP Flour blend. th-cam.com/video/ZfljrcQ1svQ/w-d-xo.html

Was wondering. Can you use a Bundt cake pan in your oven?
I haven't tried to fit one, because I don't have one. But, I think a standard size Bundt pan would probably fit in there.
