    Jesse! A year later and people are still watching for tips! Just finished the driver door *phew took about two hours (I was being very careful) and also put in new kicker tweeters and Kicker Audio. One question is did you use any other size rollers than the one you showed? Amazon has some different sizes and it gets tight in there when you’re trying to roll. Thanks for the detailed videos man! Keep em coming 🤙🏽

      Should not work as good as Jesse’s product because this method of sound deadening relies on the mass (i.e., weight of the material) instead of the thickness.

  • @Monsosa22

    I just bought this stuff and it’s been sitting in my garage . I haven’t been able to find a good video showing how to do this with Noico material. Might finally get to this after I installed my Kicker CS door speakers . Jesse, did you use the thermal material in the doors?

    • @JesseRizo
      @JesseRizo  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I’ll be honest it’s super easy to install just make sure u have some time because it takes a while, I just installed my kicker door speakers front and rear and my kicker tweeters it sounds nice and clear (videos will be coming soon) also I’ll make a video on how to install amplifier + subwoofer on stock head unit if your interested that’ll be coming soon to 👍, and yes I used the thermal insulation in the doors and on the whole floor of the truck anywhere I layed the sound desden material I then layed over the thermal insulation 👍 that material is even easier to install lol 👍 hope that helps

    • @Monsosa22
      @Monsosa22 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@JesseRizo Are you doing the kicker key amp? I have been contemplating adding that amp and a sub too. I'm sure you'll cover this in the next video, but wondering if doing the floor board and back wall is to kill road noise more so.

    • @JesseRizo
      @JesseRizo  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The sub I got is kicker but the Amp I got a offbrand one that I just got to make the video lol, but I will be getting a kicker amp in the future as far as which one exactly I’m still not sure 😬, it’s helped from what I’ve noticed it’s not 100 percent but it is noticeable I’ll try and make a review video ima couple days

    • @JesseRizo
      @JesseRizo  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I won’t lie so not 100 percent but it does make a different in your exhaust drone in the cab and it also helps reduce road noise stay tuned for part 2 that is what will help out a lot (basically) sound deadening the whole vehicle if you just do the doors it does help but that’s mainly for upgraded speakers but if u do want a noticeable change doing the whole vehicle does help like I said I’m not going to lie and say it will work 100 percent lol but it is noticeable

      Sorry, I wasn't clear in my question.. but I was referring to stripping door panels and unclipping parts without breaking components. I gathered you had cars stereo experience. I have none so was concerned I'd pry things open and start breaking clips and wires...😀 keep up the awesome videos !!

      Lol no worries my friend,
      And yes anybody can do this just take note if u do break a clip 1 there super cheap 2 even experienced people break them lol the clips are usually very fragile but don’t let that scare u what really helps is make sure u have plastic removal tools & panel removal tools it’ll help a lot I think in the video we popped it off by hand because we know where the clips are but if u have a panel removal tool (the green tool in the video with a black metal hook) orange one is a plastic removal tool but if you have a panel removal tool those defenitly help out a lot because once u have the first little circle clip (showed in video) Unclipped and panel is a bit loose u can then grab your green (they come in many colors) panel removal tool and kinda just put it inside the panel going around the bottom edge each time u feel a clip that’s where u can use your panel removal tool to Unclip them in person it’s gna sound like they break it’s just them unhooking from the door lol or u can just try it out by hand and removal the panel slowly like we demonstrated in the video whichever u feel comfortable with,

      Lol I don’t blame u 😂 the whole process took like 13 hours all in one day 😂 but that’s part of because I was filming in all honesty I think someone can do it in 5-6 hours at home if there going to the extent that I went with this lol, if just doing door panels that’ll take I’d say 2 hours to be safe

      Actually, I COULD not watch it. Listen to your buddy...BOTH of you pepper EVERY sentence with question inflections at EVERY single comma in EVERY sentence. It's a bizarre speech pattern which ruins the delivery of an otherwise informative video. Don't get pissed...use this as constructive criticism to more professionally appeal to a wide audience.

      Fiberglass makes you itchy like crazy😂
      If we were insulating inside a room
      No other construction workers would dare to come inside that room
      Thats how bad it is
      And when you sweat itll get worse
      Even after taking a shower
      Itll never go away
      The tricked is youll get used to it 😂
      We used different materials
      Theres a foam glass
      That can cut you like a samurai
      You accidentally scrape your skin againts it
      You will think its just rough
      Later on youll see blood dripping
      From your skin
      We used to cover those big pipes for the a/c or ducts
