I agree as well. You can get this excitement high and if you are not careful, when the high is gone you can crash again. So, how do you eat an elephant?... Little bites at a time. 😉
Art, I know you are still healing. Take time and remember that all that happened wasn’t your fault, it wasn’t anyone’s fault. Life is stressful and sometimes when you’re holding everyone together you just don’t see when you need some help. One step at a time! I hope that your vision of the farm will meld well with Bri’s and that you both can figure out a less stressful way of dealing with the house. Take your time! Much love
I totally want this family back together on the farm! But I understand sometimes things break- and sometimes it takes awhile to fix things! Don’t get overwhelmed! One task at a time! I pray that as y’all fix yourself and your marriage- maybe y’all can fix your home and bring the whole family back to the farm! Prayers for y’all as always! Y’all are doing great!
I am so proud of all of you: Art, Bri and children! You are overcomers! With the Lord as your shepherd & example you all are healing, working together and attacking BIG projects one bite at a time. Way to go!
The green grass is fun and gorgeous and we always miss it in the winter but in spring we're reminded by how many hours per week is needed to maintain it.
Great job Art, your family is your blessing, it's obvious that they respect & look up to you, My prayer is for this family to be whole again with or without this homestead, I feel it may be time to let it go & move on, sometimes change is good for your soul
The story of your farm & your family was beautiful before the mould (& the twins). I think it’s even more beautiful now. Rebuilding is harder than building & you guys are doing a wonderful job of it. Good luck going forward ❤
I am so proud of all of you. Your family is a testament to the saying" this too shall come to pass". This is what love and respect looks like. I truly believe you will get all this back and even better. You will see your kids drive in when they graduate college and when they are carrying babies on their hips who jump down and run to Mamaw and Papaw sitting on the deck.
Art, I’m so glad you shaved. You look so much healthier. And I love how you are all working on the farm. Have you thought about building a new house on the property and getting rid of the white house? All that toxic mold in there and the memories of getting sick in there… I know it would take some years, but doing it one day at a time as a family should bring some major healing. - Sue in AZ😊
One section at a time, one thing at a time. When completing each section, stand look at it and give yourself and God praise you were able to accomplish it. I can picture it absolutely beautiful when it's done. Same thing with the rebuild, one thing at a time. It is a blessing to see you and Bri mending your relationship and building your family back to a stable, healthy family. One day at a time works. Praying you both keep seeing the beauty and the future together.
This makes my heart happy. It is good for our 16 year old who saw y'all from the beginning and the work God is doing in your lives. Love and prayers from Texas ❤
Wow Arthur. You are handsome.🎉 The hair cut suits you. Congratulations family. It’s obvious you love the farm. Baby steps and you’ll have it better than ever. Blessings.❤
Another step taken together, and as a family. You are walking out your testimony to your children, and they will be blessed for it. On a funny note, I dont know if Art intended it but the 50/50 hair n beard cut gave me an immediate flashback to Gary Oldman's character Jean-Baptiste Emanuel Zorg in the movie the 5th Element. Have a blessed week y'all 🙏🏻
Although overgrown, the farm is truly a beautiful, wild place, and you can tell that everyone enjoys and needs to be there💙💚 . It warms my heart to see you all together working hard. Art, you look awesome after your "6 month haircut"!
The joy of being at your farm radiates in you Bri and you look beautiful! Arthur and the boys got so much done! Flower bed looks amazing. You guys busted it! Blessings!
Truth! We did this. It took a lot of work. They need to go slow. They have a home to stay in. It's not easy. I wish we could show up one day to help them.
I’m in Raeford NC. Wish I could have taken my John Deere over there and mowed that for y’all. The yard at the mold home we had to leave had grass that high last year and I was able to cut it on the high setting. Good job working hard and knocking it out tho. I feel like I lived your lives in parallel in a way. Moved from mold home after trying to get mold out, lived in camper for months and that did not work. Now renting a home and about to start on a new built home on property we own. Never give up ❤
They did rent a house also. But premie twins, house issues, relationship issues forced the present situation. I think most of the mold in the farmhouse is mediated now. You have to watch their old videos. Art has a full time construction job also. Plus 7 kids!
Transformation is looking great. Good job, family You can make soap with the yucca leaves. The root is food. 😊 I love the farm. It's a beautiful place to call home!
I have a yucca plant in my yard here in Michigan. The deer will munch on it during a bad winter. I love seeing you all on the farm. It truly seems to be your happy place 😊
Y'all got a lot done! Don't get overwhelmed. Just take it one day at a time, one project at a time. You will get there. Just enjoy being together as a family and working together.
That is some amazing progress 🎉🎉 almost sounds like y'all rebuilt your togetherness from the strong foundation that was long ago, like all your pernial plants are doing so well just left to thrive, same as y'all are doing🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 TOGETHER 💞💞
That weed eating shot at the end with it getting dark out was really cool!! We’re working on our property too, taming the spring growth. Lots of weed eating, mowing, and weeding going on here. Great video! Thank you for sharing!
The pure joy on your children’s faces is what life is really about. No matter how hard the struggle has been it is so amazing that you both never gave up on each other or your family. You both should be so proud of your regrowth as not just a couple but as a family. ❤
You two are my heroes. I don’t know if I could’ve handle/survived what you went through the last couple of years. Specially during the cv times. I’ve lost a lot during those times and I’m still barely functioning. You are already on your feet. Moving forward, holding yourselves together lovingly. Praying for you always. It’s weird how I can do that for others but not for me. Thank you for keeping sharing your walk with us. Sending much love across the ocean
It does my heart such good to see everyone working together on the farm i can see the glow in everyone's eyes as soon as they get there. The children thrive there. Bree and Art one day at a time. Anything is possible. I remember when Bree planted that garden and designed it. I can everyone's hearts are so full.
Art my heart is so happy to see you taking your life and farm back. I had actually unsubscribed because of how your life had changed. It broke my heart. Seeing you take charge of your life has made my heart sing! One day at a time for your family and yourself!! I have subscribed again and can't wait to see your life bloom to the fullest!! ❤
Good seeing you guys! Pace yourself, ok. Everything's going to be alright!!!! I'm proud of you. Sending blessings, good energy, and love your way...!!!! 🙏🏼🙌🏼❤️
Hi Bri and Art and kids . I want to give you lots of positivity and a mild reminder that when and encouragement building we take one step at a time and enjoy everything, good & bad . Every moment is a memory made. Hugs to you all. You got this ! As a family we are strong and get things done!
No matter how weedy and tall the grass gets it is still the most beautiful farm in all the world!! You guys did a great job and it is so beautiful and peaceful there!❤❤❤
The farm is starting to look great after getting some of the grass cut.❤. I pray that family will someday be able to be together there. May God bless the family.❤❤❤❤
There's a person(s) to heal , a marriage to heal and a family to heal...time (slowed) is what you need most❤...you guys have accomplished what most cannot❤️
Bri, I have watched y'all from the git go, many times I have cried for your children! They loved that old farm so much, when they would go back, I could vision them running and playing back when! I have always been partial to Wilder, he always loved the animals and the garden so much! I pray that you all can get "things "fixed" and be a family again! Maybe Art could go back to nursing 2 or 3 days a week, and maybe get a loan to fix the house. I so want y'all to live there as a family again! Much Love and Prayers!
So nice to see the farm again. Many memories watching your videos over the years. I think one of the first videos I saw, was Wilder being born. Time flies.
Art, you are stretched so thin. maintenance on 2 homes, a job, and recovery. God bless you but remember: If you do not take care of yourself first, you will not be able to care for others when they need you most.
The most important thing I learned watching TH-cam homesteading channels is the importance of planting trees, berries, and other perennials ASAP, even if that means skipping a year or annual gardening. This is year 5 for most of my orchard, and everything is finally starting to produce really well.
Wow....nice job❤...love when everything is looking nice!!! Pretty sure your plant u were trying to figure out is elecampane!!! I was actually just up taking a pick of mine to watch a youtube video on how n when to harvest
I am so so so proud of Art. He recognizes that he overwhelms himself by trying to figure the big picture. Whereas it works for him when he just goes from task to task. I am the same way. My life is what some would call a dumpster fire. I am learning to not focus on that and instead to focus on the day to day and task to task and moment to moment. GOD is good. I pin my hopes on Him. Let His will be done.
Art and Bri, remember life is a journey, we help each other climb the mountains and forge ahead through the hills and valleys. Remember, growth is slow, enjoy the journey.
Looks like you did a great job getting all the grass trimmed/mowed. Your hard work and efforts definitely show. What a peaceful place for your family to spend the day at.
So happy to see you back at the farm. So many things are thriving on their own and will do even better with a bit of encouragement, just like your family
Wow what an incredible amount of work to get done in one day! Great job Arthur, Bri and kids! Can't wait to see you guys get the farm up and running it is so satisfying to watch. But don't stress out too much take it slow and don't feel like it has to be back to the way it was right away or even at all. Also, it would be so interesting to learn more about permaculture- maybe you could plant more perennials that would survive on their own and create a garden that requires minimal care and maintenance once established. Just a thought
Make a master list of things to do, prioritize that...then one thing at a time. ❤ I am always overwhelmed when there is so much to do...my brain can't function with the chaos in my own mind! Lol! 😂 Making that list and seeing it written down, and outta my head...helps tremendously with my "how am I gonna get it all done" anxiety.
This make me so happy to see you guys happy together despite all the hardships.. Bri don’t get rid of the yuca.. it’s a good source of food.. I’m from Guyana(SA) and we put it in soup and also sauté it with onions garlic and any other herbs.. it’s very tasty 💓
Wow! Good job guys! I'm so proud of you all! One day at a time! Good job on the haircut! You look younger. I'm sure the boys would feel better and cooler with short hair too! 😄 ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I’m happy to see you all back at the farm getting it in shape! It’s great that you still have fruit and flowers growing, I wonder how you will protect it from the deer?
Bri, you can pound the root of yucca and it releases saponin, a natural, gentle and hugely effective soap/shampoo fo byour body and your textiles. Wonderful for delicate old linen and quilts too.
The yucca roots are really good nutritionally and often hard to find on the east coast. They are a staple in the Plant Paradox diet. Dried yuca can become cassava flour. This might actually be something you could grow as product you could sell or barter with if you don't want to use it for yourselves. Even if you don't want to keep the plants there might be someone in your area who would want the living you could work out an exchange with.
It feels like the garden has patiently waited for your return. It's survival is a testament of God's goodness in your lives. I'm praying for a bountiful harvest for you all... in All aspects of your life. Blessings 🙏🏼
I love seeing you guys back together 💕😍💕 it makes my heart so dang happy 😊 and remember you've really pissed off the dark-one by doing so 🙌👍🙏✌️ you guys are here doing what the good Lord planned for you two all along ❤ hugs your way from fla.
Oh my goodness! I loved this video! For one thing it inspired me to get outside & plant some more flowers! I love to be outside making things pretty! I love your yard & farm. Most of all I love your sweet family & am thrilled to see the joy that you all radiate when you’re all together! ❤️❤️
Great accomplishments! You all worked hard and got lots done. The children had a good time helping and several of them went back to the house sleeping, as they were tired. Art, that’s a very nice haircut and you will enjoy it during the hot summer weather. Get lots of rest!
It is good to see you all tending to the farms transformation. To me its a reflection of how you are transforming your relationship. The children will reap many good lessons from these amazing parents. I love that farm. Especially the behind the back pasture, It reminds of where I grew up in BC Canada.
Art, take one small step at a time. Have enjoyable family time while cleaning up the farm. You look years younger, cleaned up and ready to get it done with the hair and beard gone.
You got a lot done in one day it looks amazing ! Just take it one day at a time, otherwise it is overwhelming ! My husband and I are in that boat too after two spinal surgeries a few years ago and working a lot of hours at work , 12 hour shifts , our house is kind of gone downhill a little bit. He’s retiring June 1 due to a few mobility issues from the back surgery issues, and I’m overwhelmed with what we have to get done but we’re just gonna take it one thing at a time. That’s really all you can do. he feels that that’s gonna be his job once he retires is getting this place back in shape and keeping it up. But you have to take it one day at a time or it’ll be way too much.
It is so nice to see you all working on the farm together ❤️ I would totally move onto the farm, how fun and adventures. Art, I love that you got a haircut, no offense whatsoever, but I think your boys would be so cute with a nice haircut. 😊
❤❤❤❤ see you all in your farm...kiddos trying to hands on with the mower...bri u r such a woman... But comments says mostly...have time u n art, slowly, one at a time. Just slowly...have time ....❤❤❤ you in the farm recreating unity in your family. Be safe, God is good to all! God bless Having fun watching your vidoes

What does it taste like though? Is it enjoyable or do you hurry up and take it like a medicine? lol
Bro, can you tell me what it taste like? I want to purchase for me and my girls. But if flavor is horrible the one won’t drink. Thanks
Art, with your hair cut and your beard gone you look 20 years younger. Fresher, cleaner, more together! Keep up caring for yourself!
It must feel cooler
Huge improvement on the look, Arthur!!
Don’t let yourself be overwhelmed by wanting the farm to be back to what it was. It’s just like your marriage take your time one step at a time.
Excellent advice!
I also agree. The farm has a piece of not only your lives but all of your subscribers. Many Blessings on your journey.
I agree as well. You can get this excitement high and if you are not careful, when the high is gone you can crash again. So, how do you eat an elephant?... Little bites at a time. 😉

Art you did an amazing job! Keeping taking care of yourself and your beautiful family. Good health and strength to you.
I love seeing you all back together doing good work again! Absolutely my favorite YT family. One step at a time, one day at a time.

Thanks bunches for taking us to the farm with y'all!!🥰
Do the cows ever get to come out? They would love that grass
Can't just yet. Beef cows and problems with them going next door. He knows what he's doing.

Haircut is big improvement! Would be good for boys too!! Cooler for summer.

Impressive step in a wonderful direction! Proud of each one of your gang.
The pure joy on your children’s faces is what life is really about. No matter how hard the struggle has been it is so amazing that you both never gave up on each other or your family. You both should be so proud of your regrowth as not just a couple but as a family. ❤

1day at a time! What a difference a day makes. The lessons you are teaching the children are many.
❤❤❤I’m totally making this today for my birthday! I was nervous when you were taking it out of the pan! But you did it perfectly! 👏👏👏

You Art and the farm look so much better after the trims 😊 xxx
So satisfying watching it transform. Great job, what a blessing watching your family.
Spend weekends on the farm in a camper and stay at Bree’s home during the week. Best of both worlds :)
My thoughts also although it depends on condition of camper and sleeping space now that all the children are bigger.
I think of it as a fun family camping trip! Need more space? Put some cots inside the house and sleep there! :)
Fantastic progress; thanks for sharing! The kids are so helpful & happy there! Blessings to all 🤗🇨🇦
It is so nice to see you all working on the farm together ❤️ I would totally move onto the farm, how fun and adventures.
God bless
Having fun watching your vidoes
Great persistence Art! Hard fun work for all of the family! So wonderful to see ♥️🙏♥️🙏
I love the uncut grass and things growing at random. It gives very pleasing wild look.
