Bri, when you remove the whole Rose, not only the Petals, the bush will create a lot of new roses. Otherwise it will take all the strength in seedmaking from the left parts. Or you want this and enjoy rose hips in autumn
I love watching you and your babies videos. Your interaction with all their ages is so loving and patient. You most definitely are training them up as they grow in the way that they will be loving and thriving individuals.
I use dried rose petals to make a vinegar, along with calendula and lavender blossoms for a hair rinse after shampooing. It makes your hair so soft and manageable. Also smells wonderful.
I've seen these two little ones on the counters for quite some time. It's not like they're standing up running all over the place. They're sitting very nicely and helping mom, and it's very cute to watch.
What a great video. Loved seeing all the kids and how they are learning, growing, and more. I didn't realize Grace was so tall until you pointed it out, and that is really fun. I am a tall girl and enjoy being so. hehe. The twins don't look like babies anymore! So big! I love how your kids eat anything you give them. It shows how raising them around gardens is so beneficial to their health.
Hi Guys Bri Tell Gracey she is so CUTE She must sixteen seventeen now. We need to see more of her in the video's Love you guys. Royal is a trip he's so Funny. I love how all your kids help you Bri. Good Kids. The little ones are so Adoeable. How Wilder is so big now... I remember when he was the youngest. Now he's an older big brother. HOW TIME FLYIES SO FAST. Thanks so much for your content. I love watching with my son. I love that your content is clean, positive, and entertaining! There are no perfect moms out there, but you are a great one, and I love your parenting style. Praying for your family, as I need prayers for mine!
Grace, your piano playing sounded excellent!! I am in awe…I sing and teach others how to sing…but my brain and fingers cannot coordinate other than to teach basic piano…
Hi Bri, I have trouble with deer and use a pest deterrent sprinkler. It is motion activated and has helped me immensely. I got two off Amazon. Your garden is looking great! Have a lovely day!
I love watching your family all the kids are so sweet. . They do chores and don't argue about it . They are having fun playing outside they don't want to come in and eat . Prayers and Love 💞 From Oklahoma
Makes me upset when I hear people saying things they know nothing about especially with TH-camrs bc we only see a few minutes of their lives so it’s not an accurate version of their lives 🤦🏻♀️ oh brother!!!
That joy of getting the twins for nap clip oh my gosh I miss those days so much and you sharing just made my heart smile. All the joys of just letting whatever happens in a day. Hard work, play and just down time. Who cares if supper might or might happen just when it does. Our kids grow so fast and it is so important yes to love every minute. I have a little grand daughter on the way and I am exploding with the can't wait to have these special moments again. Loved this video 💕💕💕
I bet sliced rose hips would be good to freeze dry too:) I usually thin slice them into salad for a tart note. They taste so good! I bet they'd be good in tea. I've bought rose hip tea before. Do you have any old fashioned roses that make hips?
I homeschool my 7yr old (my other boys are all grown) he’s in a co-op on Wednesdays and I sit in my van for that 2.5 hours, and it’s the most peaceful time ever ❤
Grace's playing at the end sounded really beautiful. Maybe you could convince her to play piano for the channel so you could have personalized audio tracks!
Wow, that house really is beautiful. I can definitely see how it would be hard to leave! Do you ever wish you could pick it up and move it to the farm? I wish that about my house in town - that I could just pick it up and move it to our land an hour away that we hope to retire to😊
@@pamboone6921 oh yes, I know. The house I grew up in was moved from a different location! My house is smack in the middle of town and hour's drive from our land. It just doesn't make logical sense. I was more commenting on how much I enjoy my house and assume Bri enjoys hers 😊
You can leave the rose petals on a tray for an hour, so the insects can go out if it. I do it with elderberry flowers because you cannot wash them (you need the pollen also for making elderberry champagne)
Wish I was as efficient as you are! I have only a 8 x 4 ft. raised garden and haven't done a thing! Here in Michigan these next few weeks are prime time for planting. I love your video's and have learned much from your gardening techniques. Think I need to get myself a hori hori. BTW, the boy's hair sure needs a cut!
My kids had 3 things to do after school in order. First take their shoes off at the door. Second go do their homework and they can have a snack half way through. Third a 15 minute chore that I need done by appropriate age level. 😉 Examples sweep off back porch and wipe down wall from wind blowing dirt on wall, vacuum living room cushions top and bottom then vaccum floor and help me clean out refrigerator. Gave my kids a head start when they own their own homes. I had my husband help me clean the refrigerator sometimes too. 🤣 So by 5pm those 3 things are done and we can enjoy the rest of the night.
I was encouraged to cook but not until I was tall enough to see into a pot and strong enough to control the pot and its contents. That's because my mother burned down two apartments trying to "help" before she was old enough to handle hot or sticky contents and cope with fire safely. My dad had a scar from hot cereal he spilled when was a child and it splashed up in his face and burned him badly. Both parents were careful about me and my siblings in the kitchen. I raised my own kids with kitchen safety rules too. One rule was that no child was allowed on the counter and no child could get near a hot pot or skillet with a chair or stool. Crawling kids and toddlers never were in the kitchen at all except to eat at the table. Spills happen in the best run kitchens. None of us were ever burned or fell off a counter. It's basic kitchen safety with kids in the house. All of us, including my sons are terriffic cooks. They enjoy cooking as adults but didn't get near the stove until about nine or ten years old, depending on individual size and dependability.
Hi Bri. Not sure if you did this or not. The heat temp. on your freeze dryer should be at 95* so you don't over heat your herbs and loose your medicinal properties. Love your channel.
My oldest son use to ham it up like yours. He is now 12yrs old and I still call him ham. 😁 he looks like Jonathan Lipnicki when he acted in Stuart Little. The glass, the blond hair, and everything. I actually made a side by side picture because of the similarities.
