I'm 24 years old looking to start a non CDL hotshot business. No money but looking to build credit by way of financing a truck and trailer. This video is well informative and helps me be encouraged! Bless you brotha
Great content sir! Ive been in hvac for 12 years , took a leap and started my llc looking to get into hotshot trucking. Slowly rolling the ball forward! Thanks for your positivity!
I had a traumatic brain injury and suffer with mental health problems and wanting to get into hotshot hauling. I appreciate you mentioning mental health and positivity because I spent years in deep dark depression and positivity is everything to me after battling through what I did and for me to even be where I am now. Thank you for your video's, being positive and all your help with my new career, it's greatly appreciated!! God bless you and your family
You spoke directly too me. Life is so what I not expected stepping in on the foot I step in this life. So I’ve been knocked all the way down to find your video I’m in the heart of trucking id be a damn fool if I allowed my relationship to not give my four girls who didn’t ask to be here, the life I can. Surely with tackling it with hot shots we will be living our best life again.. 2 days ago was my final day of the same day I have lived for the last 3.5. I am a little scared but I’m fixing to go alll the way in.
What i alway try to fo everday is give thanks for the day that ive been blessed with and self speak when im just having one of those days where it becomes heavy for me but i always start my day by uplifting myself and making me smile and then i do my best to give that energy to everyone else stay blessed
Great stuff man, thank you. Positivity: Find your personal happiness and find a way to sell what makes you happy and you wont "work" a day in your life!! Much love from a retired veteran to all!!
Thank you for your time vetrans, salute to you and your service. A special thank you to your families for sacrificing time with you. There would be no America without selfless vetrans. Thank you again
Great work on your instructions... Even more, thanks for the mental health issue. It does exist!!! I study positivity daily & try my hardest to install in others.. A challenge tell you!! But again you've been a great help on my wife & I starting our own business with hotshots.. Thanks A Mill!!
The best explanation videos you provide, I subscribed then notice you are not posting videos anymore, I thank you and appreciate the knowledgeable videos you put out
Great video. Especially for a newbie like myself that’s just starting out. Brings piece of mind to know I’m on the right track. Be safe out there everyone.

I've learned so much since I've started watching your videos. I knew nothing about this industry and think this is so cool to learn so much about it. Keep it up!
Wow good job. This is an outstanding easy training video. I have to tell you as a trainer this is good stuff. I’m giving up my govt job and get into hot shot trucking in the next 6 months.
Great videos with your positive personality. These videos are simple and to the point for newbies and even a good refresher for those who arnt so new. I've learned a lot. Keep on trucking and can't wait for the future videos.
This is my positive coment: Exelente video, lleno de valiosa información para todos los choferes, gracias y que DIOS lleve a todos sanos y salvos a sus destinos. Sorry for do it in spanish but it was the only way I can find inspiration to tell something.
Great Video as always, I like that binder you keep with everything in there in one spot. No digging through the glove box and looking unorganized. I saved this video in my files so I can reference back to it once I get started. For a positive comment, if your feeling down, look up lofi music on youtube and just go for a quick stroll. Walk it the neighborhood, or even just meditate. Its chill music and you will feel so relaxed. That'a what I do...hope this can help someone. Take care and know you are loved by someone!
Thanks, now I know what they will be looking for. Another thing not mentioned and not required thar I think everyone should have in their truck is a good first aid kit with the actual things you probably will need in it.
The fact that you are asking for as many likes and I love the content brother I'm going to be truck looking this week any suggestions????keep it coming man
5 years ago I got out of jail broke, homeless and an addict, today I have 5 yrs sober, 2 dump trucks, a house, a beautiful fiance, a nice garage, a front loader, f350 and 2 Subarus. Keep on keeping on, anyone can come back from anything.🥷💯👍
Hell yeah!!! 2years under my belt myself was at worst rock bottom ! god blesses me everyday I now live in beautiful 2 story townhouse ❤ better than under bridge any day of week .
Hi in CALIFORNIA anything over 20 feet or 10000 lbs you need a cdl. The state of regulations. Your videos have important information Keep up the great work.
Just now seeing this video. My positive comment is that I made it through another day without becoming 1 of the 22 vets a day. One day at a time, I get through it.
Thanks for posting great videos. Im currently deployed once im back stateside im planning to do non cdl hotshot. Im working at the Sherrifs office as my civilian job but um very motivated to drop that full time job that I have and do hotshot trucking. Once again thanks for your informative videos
The biggest thing is and its simple. Please make sure you check on every one you know , see how they are doing that could mean the world to that person, tell them they are wanted , they matter and that they are loved. That could help in so many ways. This could make tge person think twice if they are wanting to hurt themselves, or it could open them up to start talking about whats they are feeling or whats wrong. Just food for thought thank you.
Very thorough and to the point video! Keep em coming, bud! These videos are gonna help a lot of people. Thanks for actually taking your time to help some folks! Chris
Dont be afraid to start something...even if you're unsure. I would also say, it's best to initiate or start your ideas/goals when you ARE afraid and uncomfortable. Great things for you DON'T happen when you're in your comfort zone!!!
Men have o much pressure on them daily, and as a man if nobody has told you how important you are lately then I’m doing it now! It’s going to be ok, and you will make it! If you were on the wake up list today God has a purpose for you! 🙏🤙
Hi, I am Tim, I just got a job running non college hot shot loads. I start on 9-4-2023. I am doing research on the rules and requirements. Where do you get the two books you talk about in the video? I am excited about getting started, but I want to know as much as possible before I start. Thank you for your video's.
As a former soldier, I get up every day things we deal with every 24 hours. That there's damn near nothing that's impossible just difficult and that I absolutely refuse to give in to the impossibility's that life throws at us all every 365 days. If it's difficult today, it might be easier tomorrow, so I'll hang out to find out.
This is legit . I was just gonna dispatch cause I’m honestly just too scared to get my cdl but this makes me think I could do more than dispatch. I’m gonna go trailer shopping and see what happens
i can use your services you struck cord vet here on a good note purchased 2500 ram turbo diesel seeking to get in the hotshot business lastly i have no support system
I'm a disabled Army Combat Veteran and I deal math demons everyday, sometimes not bad but some are dark days. I been trying to get my hotshot business up and going, it's this is my 2nd year getting it going, all I need now is help getting loads, my company name is Veterans Transports LLC, out of New Orleans, I just need some help , I'm trying and trying but some days are bad that lead into weeks.
What about a driver MVR in you binder? I seen on FMCSA where this was a requirement and prior employment record? Do we need the extras? Drivers certificate of violations ? There are so many different opinions about what is needed for non cdl? DQF?
This was a great vodeo man. Thank you for the information which helps alot. What type of headset do you have and where did you get yours? Cus your audio is crystal clear.
Dummy question here. So if my GVWR truck/trailer is over the 26,001 lbs, I will need a CDL? Or can it be over as long as my actual combined weight with a load stays under the 26,001 lbs I can still do non CDL even though the rating is higher? Does that question make sense
I just bought a 2007 E-450 cab and chassis... I'm looking for a 5th wheel setup...I want to run non CDL hotshot... I found a used 32 ft. Gooseneck trailer that needs some work... Can you tell me what setup to use for cab and chassis???
I’m curious about the DOT inspection for your truck and trailer. I’m wanting to get started in this business and have a 1995 f250 7.3L diesel I want to use for a few months until I can afford a new truck. I am not required to have an inspection on my vehicle because of where I live. Is that something I should get inspected ASAP??
