I'm interested to see what Cynthia Erivo does with this in the upcoming movie. Mori's is the best version I've ever heard of this song, and I'm wondering if the movie comes close. Of course, I understand that they can modify it in post. My favs by Mori are "Fly Like a Bird" and Gusto Ko Nang Bumitaw".
I love how strong her head voice can be when she requires it to be. I'd like to suggest comparing the techniques she employs in her rendition of Memory in the same "concert"

She is a 5 feet 1 inch powerhouse, storyteller, genre killer (Rock, Pop, RnB, Broadway-/Disney stuff and RAP!). Her tone/ timbre and her breath control are outstanding. I recommend to react to the Asia Songfestival 2017 (2 songs), Akin Ka Na Lang (on wish), Gusto Ko Nang Bumitaw (live band performance), Ang Huling El Bimbo (Fusion 2023), Bruno Mars Medley, Rock Medley (latest version, Mitsubishi Motor Show), Never Enough (with David Foster), Chandelier (Platinum Concert), Run to You on ASAP, Halo (New version), her "Signature" Live EP and many more.
