Seems like this chest run took a decent hit with the most recent update which removed some of the chests in brimstone sands. For those following this guide for the first time, there are a handful of chests that were there and are no longer there, so don't get lost looking for chests that don't exist anymore.
8:40 if you look closely, you'll see that the ancient chest that can't be reached is actually not glowing, it's one that's not even lootable. Interesting to see you skip the Acropolis POI since you miss like 11 grave offerings and an elite glyph chest (plus an elite grave offering if you have the gear to survive the acid pool behind "the manticore"). Also with Jupiter's Grove there's another chest that requires you to jump from the top entrance onto the roof of one of the boss areas buildings, easy to add into the route without losing time. As a finale, make sure to hit up the entrance to Neapolis just south of brim where you can find 2 more grave offerings, and from there you can safely transition into an acid chest run passing through Khnum if you haven't done that yet. For a more visual show of this run with the added bits I mentioned be sure to look up "Brimstone Trophy Chest Run" route on aeternum-map.gg/?section=routes I've made sure to update it to be as accurate as possible (I did also add the chests in Palace of Nekhbet but they aren't really worth the time since it's only an ancient chest and 2 urns if you time your unstuck right, and I have a few rng chests on the route that aren't always there but they're small ones). Overall the run should take just under or just over an hour with these added spots and you hit 53 sarcophagi (+ 1 elite if you get that in acropolis) and 1-2 glyph chests (acropolis and khnum) while finishing at brim town to teleport back to crossroads and start over!
About the beast bane. The only beasts you actually encounter in Brimstone are the Sacred Starhide(Lynx) and the various Alligators. The Sacred Nemean( tiger) and the Puma are all Ancient enemies. The scorpions/Hellmouth/Abominations are Angry Earth. I think you would get more benefit out of Ancient and/or Angry Earth ward on that route.
You can add the 12 offerings and 2 supply stockpiles at Acropolis as well as 4 ancient chests up on top of beds. It should push you closer to the 1 hour mark so you can loop it nicely.

The chest with the 3 scarabs is randomly spawning all over Brimstone, been stumbling over it in various spots already. There's also a bigger field of sandstone nodes spawning randomly aswell in different locations.

Hi! Happy holidays my favourite man I got a question. I have runned this exact route almost 1 time daily since BS came out, and i have NEVER received a trophy drop, even with full pearl 625gs full trophy PvP on. Am i really just so unlucky or is it possible i have a bug? I have received alot trophy drops from chestes around the world but never these specific. Anyways, sry for the long message and happy Holidays
I don't get those ghost and ancient skips at the chests. It takes like 5 seconds to deal with them. I just can't imagine what anyone would do with all those 30 seconds skipped on one chest run. Plus the next person going for the chest doesn't have to deal with it. 🤦♂
Yeah I always kill mine. I have a chest video up for like 30 chests in 15 minutes and in one part I come upon a chest with like 6 skeletons peeps had left lol. Not hard to manage with a war hammer shockwave then a couple heavy attacks but I note that for a brand new unaware 60 it would suck. Nice vid all in all thanks for the upload.

i recommend goin first on top of beds of tabitjet (4 ancient chests and elite chest) and then jump off to temple of shu and aslo after jupiters in neapolis are 3 chest close to eachother :)
I do everything on this route plus some other areas along the way for an additional 15+ chests. By time I finish its already been an hour and can instantly start over for no down time.
mybe it would be nice to sketch out the whole path in the beginning of the video. but i guess mybe people wont watch full video then but ti would be handy for me

4 months later...half of the chests are gone because the devs want us to play less i guess (dummys) my character is runing like is doing moon walk for 2 days now in brimstone :)) and can"t auto climb even a small dent it seems. I guess i just stick with the elite chest solo runs and log off after that. Also that chest you mention can't reach? is stil there. Thums up for the vid!
You can semi-cheese the ghosts from the grave offerings. The ghost will start with one of two attacks, the fire ring (that's when you have to kill it) or the flamethrower attack (if you are behind the chest it will be blocked which is enough time to loot the grave)

only 3 days in to this game.. just hit 60 but clueless what the sword was he said healed 1000 per swing was. any knowers? also if any good links to vids on how to craft things that made the sword or gems etc that go on it lmk pls
Hey man, you know I've been here since the beginning of your NW ironman runs, just wanted to say it's super not cool you're telling people to hide from the chest spawns instead of just killing them right away. Leaving it for the next guy to have to kill isn't a great way to play the game, thought you were better than that.
I freaking hate that stupid hide behind the chest crap and then someone who is NOT aware runs up and gets killed by 6 skels because they were none the wiser. Its One stupid skel. It dies quickly. Why so damn lazy!
Wish you content providers would stop setting douchebaggery as the standard for these chest run videos. Shouldn't need to use terrain exploits to avoid trivial combat.
3:15 Were you born in a barn? This is a dick move. Kill your mobs. The game doesn't despawn them and eventually there are five or six of the f***ing things waiting to send anyone with low gear score back to town involuntarily.

at 14:38, if you walk down the tree on the south east side of the ravine you'll find another ancient chest underneath a blue prismabloom.
I have gotten a cursed storage chest on this run. Basically the same route I run 3 or 4 times a day while queuing for expeditions or OPR

You can incorporate Acropolis into this run as well; giving you a bunch more chests

full con, 160 str 60 dex roughly 200 con. 2 minor 1 basic luck trophy.

To add the extra 29 min you can get all the chests in and around Acropolis too.

Third time I did this run a 20+ person flagged group dropped right on my head from Wall on the first chests and obliterated me it was hilarious

i can do beds- boss+ 6 in that area, so a modified run.. takes me 20-40 if im slow-fighting mons

You missed 4 ancient chest after the last area you visited at bitjet. Its above but you can just climb on rocks.

I have a newb question, if I loot these as a new level 60 can I get gear over the 500 expertise to increase mine or will all the gear I get be at 500?
