FYI, I work in Federal Student Aid, and I just wanted to clarify that grad and professional students can apply for Plus loans. Plus loans for parents of undergrads are only a portion of the Plus loan debt.

So do they give me the fafsa loan amount directly to my bank account or is it only available by the college ?? Because I want to go to CDL school but i cant pay for my bills while in my semester

Most student loans are paid to the school directly and they credit your account. Direct student and parent loans are to be used for the college expense.
