Im happy it all seems to be doing well! nothing feels better then finishing the workouts and a day or 2 later running and walking like you were meant for it again :D I had a nasty knee surgery and im scared to push it hard. not scared to constantly make an effort to make it stronger.. just scared to have to not walk for 9 months again... but hey! you made it. ill make it. and everyone who keeps going for it will make it :D
I had a minor tear in my acl too, cured literally after i started lifting heavy, funny how i was scared it would increase if i squatted 140 kgs, but it made it go away

can you incorporate heavy back squats late stage as well? Would Not a one rep but still maximal exertion be ok ?
