Good call on the little shelving unit. I toss everything in a big bin then end up digging for all the smaller items like lighters, tongs, can opener etc. Anything to make things a little simpler.

I love little things that make life easier! That being said, my wife came up with this idea.

We love cooking on the blackstone, but sometimes it takes up TOO much room. We picked up a Coleman stove for when we need the space.

@@Upnorth_overland we have the double burner Coleman and love it, I do wish it had a little more horsepower, so we are using a Blackstone this next season. I hope its worth the hype!

@@Sandy_Seats there are some things the blackstone doesn’t do well. Boiling water or making soup is difficult (it doesn’t conduct enough heat to the pot), but you can do almost anything else.

@@Sandy_Seats I would highly suggest testing everything out at home. We cooked a ton of food at home to test out what worked and what we liked before we planned any trips.
