Isn't it amazing how wonderful a 6-string guitar can make a few words and story sound. The Kinks were the tops. Wonder if Ray really any knowledge of the talents of the persons he is singing about or if he simply just placed the names with the cords and notes.
Great visuals. Someone you might include in a future look at Hollywood is Leslie Howard (Ashley Wilkes in GWTW). He left in 1939 to join MI-5. The Luftwaffe caught his plane over the Atlantic coming back from Lisbon.
I love this song but it would be better without the visuals and sound interuptions. I can listen and see it all in my mind's eye. I don't need the kind of visuals that ruin this song in this video.
That is okay. You do realize that there are probably over 100 channels that have the original video on their channels. I don't re-hash or recycle anything. So I am not the creator for you and that it is all subjective. The song is on all formats to listen to as well. So I it doesn't matter to me.
Well Paul didn't have you specifically in mind in the making of this video. You do know that there are probably 150 ( low estimate ) people with channels uploading the song or videos with out " jarring inclusions " I don't re-hash the same visualizations as others and I realize that not everybody will like what I do. So with that said I am not so self centered to believe, that everything I do is just fantastic to everyone. That search engine on youtube. It's time to consider that for yourself.
