On the old WOLX in Madison Wisconsin during the 1990's it was played at night on some odd times or during a top 100 songs of 1970 when they did pick a year for the music to do for a day. This was before WOLX became a computer picking the songs with the former DJ using their dead/retired voices (they retired in 2000's sometime with the famous male passing away) to pitch the songs all but the newer stuff from the 1990's that is a younger guy who sounded like he is somewhere in his 40's at the oldest and even he sounded prerecorded from a different crappy station that used to do 1980 to now music until 2000 when it moved to 1990 to now as soon as the ball dropped and is as of 2010's gone when I was back stopping through on vacation.

Definitely underrated not appreciated as broadly as they should. The lyrics in this song are revealing too. Hearing these lyrics so long after they were written it’s spooky how relevant and how well it has aged.

A relatively unknown Kinks track? It got to number 5 in the UK charts in 1970! Number 8 in Germany. Number 14 in the Netherlands. Number 12 in South Africa. It only got to number 45 in the USA, bloody typical! Relatively unknown? On Jupiter perhaps! Do your research man!

In 1970 I had just come of age, which was still 21 years ago. A single cost 5 DM. My band were the Kinks and they were never boring in their titles. Every production was really different from the previous ones i appreciated that about the Kinks. They could sing anyway. Once my wife and i were in London after many years we wanted to go to the department shop Harrods. We wanted to buy something - just for fun - and what did we buy "a CD of the Kinks with all their hits". The bag from Harrods was kept like a treasure. I still have the CD today - the
    bag disappeared.

Jos Jaivas Mira Ninita ( Video Oficial ).
This Chilean group is very creative. I made a film about Chile and listened to a lot of Chilean music. This track starts very flashy and changes during the song.South Americans are very spirited and I love that.Don't be put off by the singer's looks!
