How to mend holes in gym pants / leggings

A simple method of mending holes in sports leggings (lycra fabric) that really works!
You do need a piece of iron-on interfacing and we suggest the thread is "Wooly Nylon" that this can be used for all stretch fabric mends.
Lycra is polyester is a form of plastic and cannot be recycled. So, as we go on about, keeping wearing and using these clothes is really positive.
