I wear arm sleeves for work in the summer to protect from both the sun and from getting cut up, and this video. Really did help me save money since I could sew up the gashes in them without the knots rubbing uncomfortably or having to worry about them snagging on things. i have my favorite pair of yoga pants that are like tearing in the seems jn betwen the legs but going down with the seem so it's like the fabric is pulling apart the seem but they're like spandexy so it's like shiney looking thread holding it together it's not a complete hole (yet) and i dont know how to go about fixing them but i need to!!!!! they're my absolute favorite pair they even have zipper pockets but they're the most perfect fit in every way
Hi Ogsweeds7 😀 Totally agree! We all have that one beloved garment🙋♀️😎 that fits just right in all places and this is where repairing it comes in. It's hard for me to tell what to do, because I can't see them. Is the problem with the fabric or with the thread holding the seams together? Sounds like a seam problem - correct me if I'm wrong. Check out my recently uploaded video on how to fix broken seams in the crotch area. This technique works well on seams most of the time, even on stretchy fabrics. I know HOW to mend, I cannot find the fine THREAD needed. I tried to get some from a pair with worse damage but that does not work too well. Where can I get such thread????

Try asking at your local fabric store, they should be able to help you. If they don't have it, amazon or other online fabric store is an idea.
