Bro, most games end up utter trash. I remember i got HOOKED when i created my first AI in Unreal Engine. Put me into Textures, i've NO IDEA what's going on. Anyway, my point is, start from something, as this is a big road, and you will eventually start walking the road casually. Don't focus on 10 different things at once, and DO NOT get the idea that you can create an entire game, that takes way longer than you think. Small steps till we get there bud. Best of luck

Its funny but everyone should take note of the key to the success here which was trying again after a reasonable brak in time. Psychologically speaking, after you are done with the task, the neurons that were firing randomly in your brain while you were trying to learn the task got rearranged in a more efficient firing pattern for when you engaged in the task the next time and the next time. That is the reason why you try something hard and unfamiliar, that when you come back to the task, you understand it more clearly and it seems to come to you more and more naturally. Moral is to always take a REST even a short one between learning new things and it will get easier to you over time as your brain adjusts itself to these new and nuron paths that is is trying to estabilish in your brain.
If somebody asked me about your accent I would have said Slavic guy. But you're a fellow Austrian - how cool is that :O. My Game Dev journey lasted for maybe half a year, now I'm really into web development :)
Super cool video and amazing progress but you can see some artistic background in your work. Most beginners starting from scratch would use basic shapes and lines as graphics. The pixel art in the first game is not bad at all. Appealing graphics and animations (even if you consider these examples as basic which they kind of arent) carry the simplistic gameplay your first games are bound to. Makes you question how theres people that say video games arent art when art is at least 50% of its essence. I hope this video inspires people to try things like you said. Awesome work man.

Nice workk man !! Im on one year web dev learning and now start to learn game dev using phaser.js
Holy crap, you deserve more subscribers!
Excellent videos!! Somehow both inspiring and hilarious! Love your stuff can’t wait to see more!
You came a long way in just a year! Nice work!
This is my new favorite channel. I'm right at the beginning of this journey lol.
the humor in your video was just the cherry on top!
4:21 had to verify my discord channel due to that sound. Cool video man. xD
You've developed a really strong skill set bro! Thanks for sharing your journey!
Your editing and scripting is funny. I laughed alot. just stumbled on your video. Great progress.
I have spent almost six minutes learning game development from this video and here is the entire progress in 11 seconds.
Maek gaem.
If somebody asked me about your accent I would have said Slavic guy. But you're a fellow Austrian - how cool is that :O. My Game Dev journey lasted for maybe half a year, now I'm really into web development :)
Hilarious Video, great job!
your ability to connect with your viewers is unmatched!
The sheer honesty in this video is so relatable. ❤
Awesome work man.
you have an incredible ability to explain complicated things simply!
