What is the TP Link Omada Software Network Controller? How can we use it?

Do Omada portal work with EAP outdoor AP on the same network only or you can connect EAP even if it's to far?

As long as it's Omada you'll control it through it. However it must be reachable either through a local or cloud controller.

i has installed vmbase omada controller , added 24 MAC under single SSID but now recently added MAC id user unable to connect to SSID ..getting event logs as channel 1 because the Association times out.(1 time in a minute).please suggest

Having the controller in a virtual machine is a great option. As for your added MAC not working I would suggest checking it again from the DHCP server to see if MAC is correct as there is no way it works for all but one.
