I think I stay at the same building, very affordable but elevator is not the best. Did you see people on the beach before the sunrise swimming and exercising?
elevators can be busy, we would select down at lobby level & then push our floor:) Hack!! - yes the locals like their early swim- overall we had a good experience- & you can't beat the prices , we are planning to return to Vietnam & explore more of the North in April. Da Nang is the best now, near the ancient capital of Hue and the ancient town of Hoi An, a bit lively, full of services and healthcare. Nha Trang has peace, many islands, beautiful beaches and is right next to Da Lat.

we visited Da Nang in April, we had a relaxing time & enjoyed the My Ann beach area- check out the video we did on Da Nang :)

Hoi an is ruined now.way to many tourist for the size of the place was great ten years ago.
