1 cup (225 grams) salted butter
2 cups white sugar
finely grated zest of 1 lemon
4 whole eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
1 ½ cups cream (heavy OR thickened OR all-purpose)
2 tablespoons lemon juice

One way also of knowing pure real butter is through checking the ingredients po, chef. Pure and real butter only consists 3-4 ingredients, whereas margarine is composed of 15 or more po 😊
