Do you sand them down at the end to smooth out the base?

If needed, yes. Most of the time I don’t have to. Mine are typically smooth as long as it’s not over poured. 👍🏻

You use titanium something… what is that ? Where could one get it

Titanium dioxide. It’s what I use to get white. You can get it anywhere! I get it from direct colors site
