Comedians have to because they aren't going to come up with new material every time they perform, it would be like asking a musician to create new songs for every show they do. Comedy is just different than music because sometimes music gets better the more you hear it while a joke doesn't have the same effect it did the first time you hear it. He comes up with new stuff for each special or tour he does though.

Yeah, the crazy thing is he's the best comedian in the game at using facial expressions to sell his jokes. He has few, if any, transitions but he uses the randomness and chaos, combined with his face, to kill the jokes.

Except this is funny and its their problem for not getting it. I'm pretty sure if he had a longer time he could win them over. He reminds me a little of Mitch Hedberg who could bomb at the beginning but have them laughing hard by the end.

Part of it is that he didn't have time to have any kind of a natural flow, which is something that's important for him, but I think it's more that he was visibly terrified to be out there, and it was odd to see that compared to his netflix specials. Bo always keeps up an act while on stage and that shows just how amazing he is but some of my favorite moments are when he does crack and you can see him trying not to smile or turning his head to hide it.

Bo always keeps up an act while on stage and that shows just how amazing he is but some of my favorite moments are when he does crack and you can see him trying not to smile or turning his head to hide it.
I love how that one single piece of glitter is right on the middle of his nose and it's like staring into the sun whenever the light reflects off of it.
