Agreed. Breezes through T6. Strong enough to clear a T7 almost AFK (except the last wave). Tiny signature radius. Can speed tank (at the low end of the spectrum). Can decloak and ruin someone's day.
You should make a “top 10” (or whatever amount) of ships for each type of weapons. Such as showing the best frigates, destroyers, cruisers, and BC for running lasers.
I would probably add the Talwar line of destroyers, in particular the Talwar Assault, since they have excellent ship bonuses that truly let's them bully frigates, including faction frigates. A decent fit can have it surpass 300 dps which packs a serious punch against frigates, that are left webbed in its excellent webifier range
The Talwar are very good, hopefully the missile fix will bring them inline with the other ships, their web bonus coupled with their 0-20km range with no fall off or tracking penalty of missiles makes them very powerful indeed. Heck I struggle to hit things with my Punisher Assualt when not webbed and using mwd sometimes as I am going too fast for small beams to track and I only have ~15km range with it.
I agree, big fan of the talwar assault. With my MWD only lost 1 and it was to a Cynabal. Its hard to web unless ur in a frigate and chances are u wouldn't be able to go toe to toe with it
Here are the best IMO. This is from a Fleet PvP(small gang roams and larger stuff)/Solo Ratter perspective, living in Null. Imicus/Probe/Heron/that-other-one Covert Ops - One of these is perhaps the most important thing to have living in Null. This allows you to take stuff your Corp can not use/does not need to High Sec ITCs to sell and allows you to pick up any fits and things your Corp may not have available and bring them back totally safe. They are also highly useful as a Scout if someone needs to move something not safe for travel or for finding where someone is in a system before you bring your whole fleet in and they get scared and run. If you were going to run an alt to play two accounts at once, this is what your second account should be flying IMO. You can pre-scout your path when moving your big expensive ships and help keep them safer and offer scout services on your Corps Roams and other Ops. Absolutely indispensable IMO. If I lost all my other ships and was too broke to replace them, I could take this thing to Jita, play the market for a couple days and recover. CNI - This is a great early ratter before you get a BC if you want to get a BC at all. Also great Brawler for PvP. Fleets of these can be really good, especially with the right Support. SFI - Can kite, can brawl, just a great all around ship again, for Ratting or PvP. Fleets of these in PvP can be amazing with their range. Several SFI's at range all shooting you at once, you have no choice but to run, if you are fast enough. Even with Strikes, Optimal range is very close to Disruptor Range, though being fairly squishy it may be better to leave this to others. IMO, this is second to the CNI, which can pump out more damage currently due to Omni-Damage, but with the rebalance coming soon, I think they will be a lot closer. It does have the advantage of more range and speed, but CNIs do really well currently. Rupture - If you enjoy Brawling in an SFI, you may want to give this a shot. It trades a high for a low and is a little tankier to begin with. It's gonna end up doing about less damage, but is a lot more survivable. Again, for a Brawler falls behind the CNI a bit, but I think they will end up close to even after the rebalance. Talwar - This is an excellent Tackle ship. Amazing to have a few of these with you in Fleet PvP. Moa Guardian - This ship is almost necessary for group PvP and higher level special. Not everyone needs to have one, but your Corp should have at least a few guys willing to run these. Pair with a couple Logi's and you and everyone close to you are almost unkillable. Osprey/Scyth - Your Logi ships. Again, not everyone needs one, but you should have several in your Corp that can as again, paired with a Moa Guardian, you can punch way above your level. Cyclone - This is a great Ratter. Perfect for soling up to T7 Special Anoms. It's almost just a bigger, slower CNI. More damage, more tank in exchange for speed. Hurricane Prototype - Basically the same as going from CNI to SFI. Overall great Ratter, falls slightly behind a Cyclone IMO, though again, with the rebalance around the corner, they should end up very similar.
Woo capsule! Can also use capsules as a warp point in anoms, fly into a deadspace, move 150+ out and your entire fleet can now enter and warp to a safe distance :P

The V3 is a lot safer to use in null as it has a much smaller signiture radius to the retri that maybe will save you and give you time to warp away or cloak. Also have more warp stability that may save you as well.
You kinda touched on it but redoing the list as the "most bang for ISK" would be interesting. Although, based on your list we already know capsule is going to win that contest.
Not gonna lie, I miss my Venture 3 for targeted mining. BUT I have figured out how to trick the Retriever into doing targeted mining to an extent which is great. Plus RNSI's smelters are always running at max capacity so we need every ore we can get, even the "junk" ones.
Is the Myrmidon as good as the Golden Space Turkey or is there a difference significant enough to throw away the Myrmidon? I planned to buy a Myrmidon, but if the Golden Space Turkey is much better I would maybe change the plan
You can fit normal mining modules to the retriever 😉 mines fit with a mk7 cloak, 2 auras 2 mkii warp stabs and higs, 2 ion miners and 1 mk7 strip miner havnt been caught yet lol

Where is the maller I’m running T-8 solo without receiving one drop of damage, I also have full dead space gear, but when saying something is the top ten best, you should be saying this using the best gear possible with max tiers , unless it’s top ten with a budget configuration list, I would put the maller for 3 on that list as it is an incredible strong and stupid durable ship
10 best ships venture 3 retriever caracal navy edition moa prophecy hound xian yue (debatable but i like it ) condor (super cheap and good for picking up planetary as everyone ignores them ) i cant think of any other ships as i dont do much in terms of ships and these are the ones i use or se getting used alot

Vigilant! sitt at 25-30km and up and just enjoy killing things going at 1.5k m/s(my favourite ship) maybe you wanna brawl for a bit but still speed tank? Phantasm the all around devil do everything ingame in pvp such as be the ultimate support ship, the front liner with decent dmg and good tank(got personally 60k defpoints and sit att 80%+ on all all resistance :) ashimuu if you want to make sure ppl dont get away :D
We need a video on how to survive and/or evade gate camps with our Medium sized Freighter ships when traveling through null sec..... as we need to transport materials through and to null sec, show us how to fit a Tayra or Retriever along with tactics to get through these gate blockades and survive...... these ships will soon be considered useless without.

coercer 2 is an absolute PvE bang for the buck. fitted with meta 5 mods(5 mil total) it can do t6 combt encounters

Covert ops frigate line of ships have the highest scan resolution. Great to get initial lock on other frigates and ventures while gate camping.
