We have infrastructure defecit and as what the japanese economic and social development agency always say(JICA), Philippines is losing billions of Peso because of outdated infrastructure and poor urban planning. Our economy is transitioning from agricultural to industrial and we need this infrastructures to sustain it. when it comes to agricultural economy, i dont know. You see its been stagnant. Dont get me wrong but our agriculture technology is lagging behind compared to other countries. The reason? Of course government failure to develop infrastructure related to agriculture and as well as slow resesrch productivity. Also Lack of basic skills in farming(with science behind it) Most of the farmers are uneducated or only elementary graduate. And most of their children dont want to continue being a farmer. Most of farmers do not own the land they till. Now. About that new clark city project. Would you rather put the 13.5 billion for agriculture? Aside from the budget they already have through department of agriculture and department of agrarian reform?. You see, which one you reckon would be a better investment of that 13.5 billion php.??

We need people who wants the position for the opportunity to serve the country not to make money. Kung ang unang tanong ay magkano sweldo kung nag aapply pa lng delikado yan. Sana lahat ng UP graduates mandatory to serve government positions for at least 5yrs dahil pinag aral sila ng gobyerno para naman may silbi.
Mayroon akong Niece na nag graduate sa PGH Nursing School at ngayon ay Medical Doctor ( Internal Medicine ) na siya. Ang principio niya ay Pinaaral siya ng government sa Nursing niya at kahit nag private siya ng Medical School niya ay wala sa isipan niyang bawiin ang gastos niya sa pag abroad kondi gustong manatili pa rin sa PINAS para makapag Silbi sa mga kababayan natin.

i just remembered my friends got mad at duterte coz of high inflation rate then, but when I checked for august 2019, it's 1.7 according to PSA and Trending Economic and BSP , but rappler article states " Inflation Rate downtrend AT 1.7% in August 2019" ...I think it sounds misleading...it's preferable to say "IS DOWNTREND To".... Rappler should've been responsible with their headlines... anyway so as of October 2019 (which is latest) , the inflation rate is around 0.8.

The nation deserves to know the fruits of hard work these people including all our fellow Filipino laborers making these projects a reality. What an inspiration. As an aspiring architect, what a great time to be Filipino and seeing the progression we had over the past 5 years. It may not be the greatest achievement but it is a start. I cannot wait to visit new Clark City once I’m an Architect. And hopefully to be fortunate enough to be part of the expansion in the coming years. Thank you Mr. Vince Dizon and for this coverage. I am truly amazed!

I remember when we were in hongkong 6years ago, i was amazed about their means of transportation and how traffics operates there. I was dreaming that it will also happen in my country someday. I was sad and wander if there still hope in my mother land (philippines), but now I am happy about what is happening and I am seeing the future that hope i dreamt before is now at hand.
