Limiking helipad has been reconstructed, i remember it was just a small patch of grassland and now it's a proper concrete helipad, the army camp just above it. Its very nostalgic. The video gives a real picture of the northeast what it was and how it looks now a sea change in infrastructure like bridges and roads and most importantly Chabua airport when I used to land there from Kolkata in late seventies

Absolutely loved the storytelling and the insights. Growing up in the north east in the 80s and early 90s, I used to hear a lot of stories about places like Mechuka, Anini, Roing, Daporijo from my father and his friends who used to tour these areas for audits, and how beautiful but difficult to reach these places were.
It's good to see the kind of infrastructure work that the government is doing and the symbiotic relationship between the services and the villagers in the forward areas.
Nitin, speaking Hindi in the north east needs one to change one's style of talking which you seem to have done well at :)

Nice too see fast track developments In arunachal pradesh. I spend my childhood in pasighat..we play football at ALG ground. It was just helipad..now seeing as a airbase it's a proud moment. Thanks to present Govt for their special attention towards arunachal Pradesh
