Yes there are books talking about different aspect of these problems. Like emotional intelligence, 10 types of humans etc. You might have to do some digging to find specific books for specific problems that you are facing in your life.

I never said Virat played exactly like Sachin similarly Tiger Woods didn't play exactly like his father. But as kids watching them play had a major effect on their psychology. Virat's similar psychology to Sachin of staying at the crease and building up strong innings helped him break Sachin's record. This video is not about sport technicalities as much as it is about human psychology. I hope you get the depth of the video. Do read the book if you can.

Or way easier, Bruce Lee's quotes. Virat idolized SRT but he never copied him not even in a single shot.
