Virat idolized SRT but he has his own shots and methods of playing.

I never said Virat played exactly like Sachin similarly Tiger Woods didn't play exactly like his father. But as kids watching them play had a major effect on their psychology. Virat's similar psychology to Sachin of staying at the crease and building up strong innings helped him break Sachin's record. This video is not about sport technicalities as much as it is about human psychology. I hope you get the depth of the video. Do read the book if you can.
@@DakshJindal When you say power of repetition, you should have said that Virat practiced some shot again and again or instead of Virat, you could have taken ABD as an example you consistently practiced unorthodox shot in nets over and over again to perfect it.
Or way easier, Bruce Lee's quotes. Virat idolized SRT but he never copied him not even in a single shot.
@@KejriwalBhakt Repetition doesn't mean in stroke play, repetition means watching Sachin and idolising him again and again. Because of watching Sachin repeatedly he developed a certain psychology towards cricket which is evident from him stats similar to Sachin and the number 3 position he plays which requires a particular mindset which Sachin had. Again I hope you see the psychology behind it not the technicalities.

You don't have to watch someone on repeat to idolize him.
I idolized Virat because of his sheer dedication.
I dunno where you are coming from with this theory of yours. A sane person would have apologized for the mistake.

I dunno how much you follow cricket but Sachin was far more talented than Virat but the hunger and passion and hardwork that Virat puts in is second to none.
There are so many who idolized srt and their stats aren't anything. So you saying their psychology didn't develop?
@@KejriwalBhakt I only mean one thing that is watching someone on repeat as a child affects your psychology which is proven by the author in his book Bounce. So I guess you are looking for an apology from the author. Example of Virat Kohli was given as he followed the same process like Tiger Woods of watching someone play a specific sport on repeat as a child. Him watching Sachin as a child is mentioned by him in his interviews and the theory that it affects a child’s psychology is proven by the book Bounce. So I am not making anything from my side I am only connecting the dots based on the evidence. So I guess the author owes you an apology for coming up with such theory. I really hope you are doing something great with your life before going to him and asking for apology.

Yes there are books talking about different aspect of these problems. Like emotional intelligence, 10 types of humans etc. You might have to do some digging to find specific books for specific problems that you are facing in your life.
