Case 2- Switch on - Electricity gone - Bulb will activate it's battery backup to give light with 4 watt and will remain this state until 4 hrs

Sir one year has passed since you purchased. How is the performance of the bulb whole year. Is the condition of bulb now is similar to condition of purchase or power is reduced?
I bought 9 watt philips in 2019 and I use it as my primary bulb till now I didn't face any problem. Performance is the same, intensity has not decreased, I did not do a battery backup test for a long time because where I live there has not been a power outage for a long time.
But when we use it on battery mode, the brightness of this bulb is reduced to half, I hope you know.

There is no need to charge the bulb separately, use it like a normal bulb, it will charge automatically and can be used as per need.

स्विच ऑफ करने पर बल्ब बंद हो जाएगा नॉर्मल बल्ब की तरह ,
सिर्फ फर्क इतना रहेगा, लाइट नही होने पर स्विच ऑन करने पर बल्ब ऑन हो जाएगा । व रही बात बल्ब चार्ज होने की तो जब बल्ब लाइट से ऑन रहेगा तभी चार्ज होता रहेगा और अगर बल्ब की बैटरी फुल चार्ज हैं तो बल्ब ऑटोमैटिक चार्ज होना बंद हो जाएगा और नॉर्मल बल्ब की तरह चलता रहेगा

friend, I have purchased the same bulb but, it turn on and off automatically even if the switch is off and there is no power cut. basically it should not turn on when the switch is off. what could be the reason?
Check with another bulb holder. Or in some other room or at an acquaintance's house if the same problem is happening everywhere. In this case, get the bulb replaced under warranty and if only one bulb holder is the problem then it could be a wiring fault.

Nahi brother aap normal bulb ki hi tarah switch se ise on Ya off kr skte he, switch off rkhne pr bulb bhi off rahega

If the same bulb is connected to bulb holder having 2-way switch , the perform normally when any one of the switch is on , but if it is switched OFF , the bulb glows in inverter mode , can you please clarify
Actually, you have to put the inverter bulb in the same holder which is operated from a switch, only then it will work properly and it is also written on the box of the bulb that if the holder is connected to a 2-way switch. Or if the switch of 2 holders is same then the bulb will not work.
