    I have a friend who had open heart surgery 5 yrs ago and kept eating the SAD way. 2 months ago he had a serious stroke, can't walk,can't talk without a shlure or use his left arm and hand. He's 61 and it really gets me down. Thanx for your wisdom. Some of us are listening. God Bless.

    Very inspiring the Germans' definitely found the key to living well and long. Was really impressed when they mentioned the 4th tip practicing Qiqong. As a senior I'm onboard with learning ways to stay fit and be independent for as long as I can. Great video thoroughly enjoyed!

    Hi Bob and Fran, hope you have recovered. I had MG in 1996 and had my Thymus Grand removed and I am fully recovered.
    Go to New York see Dr Adam Bender who specializes in MG treatment.
