Honestly Shelly, I couldn’t tell you. I don’t think I really followed a pattern. It’s my first tapestry and I was mostly winging it. It’s almost impossible to mess them up. They turn out so pretty. ❤️🌈

I literally gasped! I would never have put lime pop with those colors, you’re brilliant. So, if I have soaked a shirt in soda ash and didn’t dye it, do I need to resoak if I dye it a few months later?
😂 No. I prefer to dye damp so I plunge it back in the bucket and spin it out again. If it’s already tied up you can just hit it with dye. ❤️🌈

Do you not find it necessary to wear gloves when handling the soda ash-soaked fabric, even when spun mostly dry?
It would've been a better tutorial with at least minimal explanation as to how to fold & tie.
