Such a breath of fresh air to see a humble spirit! Tie dye is therapy! Love seeing how it brings out peoples emotions! All of my blood, sweat, and tears go into my art and I can feel the very same from u! Authentic and for the right reasons! Much love
So I made my first attempt at this shirt. A few problems I had. 1. I used sinew because it’s what I had. I should have used fishing line or string because I got white spaces. 2. I didn’t really understand when or where to tie. 3. I wanted jewelmtones rather than primaries I used Mariold(which was beautiful) and I use it like you did the yellow - but it took over my shirt. Lol. Live and learn. I followed your washout precisely and didn’t have even a drop of color in my white areas. So that was awesome. I made the shirt for my husband and he LOVES it and gets compliments every time he wears it. Thank you for sharing your ideas, videos, experience, and spirit with us all. Many prayers for you in the wake of Helene.
I admire how open & dedicated you seem. Appreciate the help. Thx for taking the time. Any tidbits are welcome. It's apparent you are in this for all the right reasons, not trying to shill your product. U deserve more views. You cover alot & I enjoyed your dye mixing episode. Very thorough & thoughtful. I'll be following along. You've given me great ideas that I'd never stumble upon. Thanks
Thank you so much my friend, I appreciate the support. The shirt I'm wearing was made using the techniques from my last tutorial ⬇️ th-cam.com/video/gNOnOR80OPY/w-d-xo.html I had to keep that one for my personal collection, too pretty 🙏
Although it was quite lengthy and video the shirt turned out absolutely beautiful I absolutely love it the colors are fantastic and I love the white void area it just makes everything so much more vibrant.
I'm so very grateful for your generosity in spirit and passion. Ive been looking forward to watching this tutorial as soon as you announced it. I have never tried bow string and I have done dyes for a long time. I have snapped alot of sinew, and use waxed canvas thread often as it holds up well. I immediately ordered some to give it a try.
