    so happy with this!!! i did around 20 min ab workout with the back workout and i am sooo feeling it.. this is my third week with you and I am sooo happy. you keep me motivated and excited to continue the journey.. Love from Puerto Rico!

      South Carolina Cardinals it took me roughly 6 months to notice a huge shift in ab strength 👍🏼

      Omg yes planks kill me 😕 I couldn't keep up with the knee taps, I took a 4 second break between the doubles and singles and had to give up after a second of the singles but I kept watching and she was still going forever I couldn't believe it lol I just started working out about a month ago but I'm starting to push myself now that I'm sticking with it and not giving up completely. I usually do like 2-3 of her videos at night after I put my kids to bed but today I did 2 in the morning, 2 mid day and now 2 before bed 😊 but, I think I may have pushed a little too far because I struggled with this last set of workouts lol

    Oh my gosh! That rope climb is killer! I love the first 'x' move = insane! I always need to give those obliques a push and this did it!

    Yay, great abs workout! Last month I was challenging myself to do 20 minutes of pilates workouts 3-4 x a week. This month I'm upping the stakes to 20 minutes of pilates, and an additional 10 minutes of one of your workout videos! Just completed this one 2x... whew! Thanks for your awesome videos & positive vibes :D

    Need more LSF AB CHALLENGES! I love to do them after a workout! Finished a core conditioning class, and I sweated in 5 mins as much as I did in the 30 min. class. Class had to many breaks.

    Okay hiiii did this ab workout with a hangover (post concert 🙌🇺🇸) and it was exactly what I needed. She walks you through it perfectly. I say Jillian Michaels has some competition! Love this!

    I first did this workout almost a month ago for the feb fab abs challenge. I've gotten so much stronger since then! I can actually do the ab hold for the full 30 seconds; my back doesn't arch anymore so I know those lower abs & back muscles are stronger :)

    I really enjoy this workout & I have to say, for 5 minutes of exercise it's quite exhausting! but I have my struggles with the many laying-on-the-back-exercises because I feel them more my back than in my abs... (even though I'm trying not to lift it from the ground) I'd be really happy about a abs/waist workout without those kind of problems or a workout about how to get rid of it. Thanks for motivating me!

      Not sure what move hurt your neck, but make sure you are really engaging your core to avoid straining your neck :)

    Hey, Katie! First of all thank you very much for this video and every other workout! I love doing them all. They are not only helping to change my body but I'm actually having so much fun! Lovely bonus :)
    I have a question regarding neck involvement during almost all abs workouts. Core is not something I focus my attention on regularly (trying to change that now) and when I do, my neck is extremely engaged. Even my personal coach didn't manage to do something about it. Is there any tip that could help? Thanks in advance!

    I just found you last night and I cannot tell you how much I've needed something like your channel! I've been trying to find ways to get fit but I have a hard time starting things and the idea of going to the gym also intimidated the heck out of me so these at home workouts are totally what I've been looking for! I'm starting Day One with this workout and your No Squats Booty Workout because my knees are like a 112 year old woman xD What do you think, 5 days a week with those both to start ? My main problem areas to get beach bod ready are my abs and booty (both of which are practically non-existent at this point)

    This workout is a dream! What weights are you using I have 1kg ones would they be too heavy for this?

      These are 2 lbs, so pretty light :) I usually suggest 3-5 lbs.
