DDP yoga mate, I was in a right state, felt sick from back pain daily.
I did DDP yoga for a few months and got in top shape and my back has never hurt since.

I think that the way these young talents have everything top notch now, hurts them in the way they develop their skills. Especially their character, telling a story and working a crowd. Everything is comfortable for them so they don't put in the extra effort. Just flips and kicks every match.
I agree not that I think new wrestlers don’t work hard or anything but back then you had to grind so hard now with social media you could probably make videos in your backyard with friends and be able to get invited to something or atleast get noticed before you even start
