I've said it before but growing up I never even gave Randy much thought, likely because he was only 20 years older than me at the time, and still a kid like he said, but as I'm older and still watch the business I really have gained a huge amount of respect and love for the guy. For his work ethic, in ring work and backstage presence with newer guys, he's really the perfect example of what a wrestler should be and what you want from a talent and business perspective. Plus the wins can be against people that aren't the two of them. The overplayed thing was facts, but now fans are not as harsh on Cena and are more warm to the idea of seeing him step in the ring one more time.
