  • The Centre for Information Resilience says there is some evidence RSF have been setting villages ablaze, as fighting continues between the Sudanese army and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces.
    The violence is restricting the flow of humanitarian aid and there are growing concerns about atrocities taking place. An open source investigation from the non-profit Centre for Information Resilience says the RSF has been setting entire villages ablaze.
    Rights groups are warning that the RSF attacks amount to ethnic cleansing and genocide in West Darfur. Our next report contains images some viewers may find disturbing.

      1- the united states aren't using taxpayer money to fund anyone in sudan to come at the victims.
      2- this is barely getting on western news because the united states has nothing to do with it.
      3- the protests won't do anything to Sudan.

      @@davidmitchell3020 I mean, yes. Look at asia. the post colonization wars were brutal. india-pakistan, pakistan-bangladesh, china-taiwan, two koreas etc. millions of people died. But in the end, borders were drawn, winners and losers were set and people moved on with their lives. Not africa, they tried to hold down a host of tribal confederations together with whatever concessions they could make. where did that get them now? africa is still the poorest continent while asia is moving ahead rapidly. investment needs stability, not freedom.

      @@nvmtt1403 I’m not sure sure if Africa is the poorest country considering the natural resources that are all throughout the continent but my main reason for my comment had to do with Europe, Russia, NATO. I want my North American country out of NATO so European problems can be handled with European solutions.

    • @nvmtt1403
      @nvmtt1403 27 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@davidmitchell3020 resources mean nothing without the ability to turn them into products. and africa has no industry to speak of whatsoever. Not even close to asia, let alone europe or america. and that is not a surprise. this is an era of capitalism. companies invest where there is stability. fixed borders and long term governance. they do not care how many people the govt killed to get here. only how much can they keep the region under control. the problem is: african independence was given. so europeans tried to follow their own liberal democratic values while doing so. Asia for most part had to fight it's way out. so they knew what was going to happen 20 years from now. It aint pretty, but it worked.
